The media could not be loaded. There are so many variations on this product, many of them sourced from the same offshore factories. The Delta model is totally plastic, and sits flush so it collects water, so that was out. What I was looking at was the robustness of the actuator "hand," spin action of the jets, drain angle, kit completeness, and durability/look of the fixture itself. This met all of those conditions, and then some. The actuator hand is heavy and solid, with a fairly thick and removable rubber-gel-ish cover, so the entire thing is easy to clean. The fixture is pretty thick and heavy. The jets spin. An angled spacer under it tilts it toward the sink so water doesn't sit in it. It is a little tricky to get the angle to sit properly, because you need to position the locking nut and its screws in the plane of the incline (you really need help to get it right). But once it's in, and you've tightened down all of the connections (check twice!), it is really satisfying and does a great job. The only pain was drilling the hole in the quartz, but I can't blame the product for that. ... show more

I've been using this rinser for a few months now allowing for ample time to see if it's worth it. I didn't know I needed this until I realized how much I use it. It's well worth it! After comparing several brands including Delta's version I decided I didn't want to pay a ton for a rinser but wanted one that looked appealing and seemed to be of high quality for a lower price point. This rinser fit my criteria. My husband had it installed in a few minutes. We have had no leaks or problems using it. Occasionally there is a loud noise it makes when you forget to shut off the water facet while using it. To me, this is minor and hasn't affected its usage or effectiveness. I reached out to the seller when I realized I didn't add the added free one for the promotion that was going on at the time. They sent the additional one and responded quickly which was a bonus. If you have teens and are constantly reminding them to rinse their cups or to clean out their tumblers then this device makes it a bit easier. I only wish I had one of these when my kids were smaller for all the bottles and kid's cups I washed over the years. It would've made it much easier. If you are redoing your kitchen or changing out facets in the kitchen then consider a rinser because it makes tumbler cleaning easier. ... show more

This is a great concept made with quality materials. First impressions when I unwrapped it was that it was heavy. The hardware and fixture are all thick and durable metal. All of the gaskets are thick and will last. The best part is the actuator. It’s huge. Really wide. I am able to rinse out mayonnaise jars before placing the recycle bin. It also has a silicone cover over the thick actuator arms. The silicone offers me some security that my glassware won’t break. Plus the silicone has ridged indentations to keep the glass in position. It was really easy to assemble. It fit right into the hole that the sprayer or soap dispenser would have been installed. I have a thick porcelain sink and the attachment was actually long enough to accommodate my thick sink. At the end of the The hose is metal-not nylon. There’s also nifty valve to prevent backflow. It’s a well engineered and manufactured. It works great! It cleans the dreaded mayonnaise jar, the sippy cup that was discovered past its “peak freshness”, it’s super easy to remove the actuator for a thorough cleaning too. And unlike my sprayer that sprays everywhere when the water hits the surface, the water spray from this cup rinser remains in the cup and splashes all drip downward into the basin that’s slanted to allow the water to roll out into the sink. ... show more

Update: Seller reached out and is working to remedy the sticking open issue. Very impressed and happy with their professionalism and quick responses. I would happily do business with then again. Original post: We installed this in February/March 2022, before our baby was born, for the main purpose of cleaning her bottles. It's been great! Until this past week, when I'm cleaning out a bottle the sprayer stays open. The way the mechanism works is you put the glass/bottle on the arms and press down, the water shoots up. You give it a small swirl to get all sides of the bottle and pull up, the water cuts off. Except it doesn't now. We had to shut off the main water to the house because the sprayer stayed on and didn't stop spraying. My husband is trouble shooting the issue so hopefully we can keep using it. The media could not be loaded. This is a great product made of heavy stainless steel. As others have said the T connection seems to be the only cheaply made piece. I was going to buy another T connection at the hardware store, but I thought I would give this a try. So far so good. The only thing is when I used the O-ring they supplied, It cut my water pressure down because the hole in the O-ring is too small, so I just discarded it and use plumbers tape instead. I also discarded the Check Valve to have greater water pressure. This thing is amazing on glasses but the main reason I bought it for is to rinse out water bottles, the problem is the water can’t leave the bottle as fast as it enters because the silicone pads on the actuator blocks the exiting flow of water do to the bottle head being so narrow. So when I wash bottles I remove the actuator and place the bottle neck on one side of the spindle as I show in video. Otherwise, Great product. ... show more

Product is great, installing for the most part is straight forward. They don't identify the orange and gray piece as a part and if this has fallen out you would not know that is your check valve. That and the T connector is garbage, leaks like no other, so just replace that and not waste your time.
