The mattress came as it was listed was actually pretty easy to take out of the box if you open both ends up it slides right out it is a little heavy you might need two people to put it up, once you cut it open it inflates pretty quickly, I let sit for about 12 hours and it seemed like it was ready to go and slept on it and it was a very comfortable mattress, no smell, appearance is very nice and the size is right on it on the bed frame perfectly I would definitely recommend it for the price two people can fit on it comfortably ... show more

I'll note that this mattress is NEW, if my experience changes, I will update! I thoroughly read through the reviews, this mattress is well worth the price! This is a Queen Size [At the time I paid for it, it was listed at $199 with a $20 OFF coupon, which basically took the sales tax off] When it arrives, it IS heavy, you will need two people that can lift it. I unboxed and let it air out for two days, no smells except from the plastic wrapping. This mattress is COMFORTABLE! It's soft but firm -ish, which is great for side & belly sleepers or those that want to make sure their backs don't get cranky. Still has plenty of support if sitting on the edge. First off, while the title says Memory Foam Mattress/Hybrid Mattress, this is really just a standard spring mattress with a built in memory foam topper. When you lay down on it, it feels like a spring mattress (kind of bouncy)...it doesn't have that same kind of dense feel that you get when you lay down on a memory foam mattress. Now...I was expecting that so I wasn't disappointed but I think it's important to know that up front. It arrived at our house vacuum packed and rolled up in a box. Once we'd unrolled it and cut the plastic, it expanded pretty quickly. We let it sit for a couple hours to make sure the whole thing was fully back to normal before putting it in place. The top of the mattress has kind of a stitched star pattern which is fairly deep...like it goes all the way through the foam layer. The fabric on the top is very soft...almost (but not quite) like a microfiber. It's a perfectly nice mattress. Comfortable as long as you remember that it's a spring mattress. The one downside is that the memory foam layer is fairly thin...maybe an inch? That made me a little nervous as I'm sure that will cause this mattress to have a shorter life span that I might hope for. Memory foam tends to kind of degrade over time and develop squished spots. And because that top layer is built in, this is not the kind of mattress that can be flipped over. For the price, this is a great buy and I don't think I'd hesitate to order again if I needed another mattress. ... show more

I think this is pretty comfortable and quality for the price. I got a mattress topper to go with it and have been very comfortable! Came in a box and was very easy to install— just had to cut the bag and it took form on its own. Would buy again.

Directions say to let the mattress expand for a couple of days by my guest slept on it that night. Said it was comfortable. I’ve taken naps on it too. The one thing I love the most about this mattress is it's bouncy! Like the old school spring mattresses! I hate hate hate the new cheap feeling memory foam mass produced mattresses that you can hardly turn over on. They're so uncomfortable! I've been on a mission trying to find an old school springy matress... this is the closest you're going to get to it if you hate the stiff memory foam as much as I do... this mattress was ready to sleep on right out if the box! It is heavy, but I managed to set it up by myself in about 10 minutes. I'm a 5'5 average female. It isn't very firm, it's soft & super comfortable. I'm an insomniac, & I was out by 11:pm on this thing lol... I love it... I'd say go for it! ... show more

Mattress arrived on time, well packed, and easy to set up. It does take a couple days to settle after the vacuum packing. Would have chosen a more firm mattress but without seeing it in person first we didn't want to order the firm and have it uncomfortable. This mattress was being used for a guest bed so it was fine.
