Over all the bag is attractive, of good quality and works well with plenty of storage space. the only negative I have found is that the straps that are meant to secure the balls with velcro are pretty useless as they are poorly placed and do not tighten to hold the balls in place. Very nice and sturdy bag. My only complaint is the shoe compartment. It says it will fit 2 pairs of shoes. It does. But it's a tight fit if your shoe size is bigger. But overall we are happy with our purchase. Great bag overall.

Does feel a little flimsy in the handle . The wheels were squeaky rolling across the hotel lobby . It easily holds 2 balls 12lb and 14lb . It also holds 1 men’s pair of shoes size 12 and 1 one women pair of shoes size 8 . Interested to see how it hold up but so far so good .
