The color is soooooo beautiful. The hair is super soft. It tangles a little, but not too bad. The hair didn't have a smell. Installation was easy, but because the hair is so soft you have to loop it a few times. I wore it for about 3 weeks. I didn't add any product to it. I used my fingers to help keep it untangled. It started shedding week two, but not bothersome. I had to cut it a few times. Overall a nice product. I may not purchase it again only because the hair was so soft I had to constantly make sure none of them fell out and I had to replace a few that slipped out. This hair was very soft, one of the softest crochet hairs that I’ve ever used. The pack comes with 8 small bundles/packs of soft and shiny hair, and it is perfect for a quick, short term style. I used 5 full packs to create a style for an upcoming vacation. The hair did well in the ocean and did not start to get tangled until about two weeks into wearing. During that two weeks it was exposed to the ocean, workouts, pool, sauna, flipping from one side to the other for an invisible crochet style, and was pineappled at night with a bonnet or head scarf. The initial tangle was mild and manageable. By week 3 the hair was ready to come out but it was pushed to four weeks and by then, there was no question, it had to go! Hair was soft with little to no sheddings. Just installed yesterday so there is no tangling yet. I order the grey which came with light tips. Was disappointed when I received it but it actually works well with my hair as I am totally grey. Hair was easy to split. Splitting the hair and installing it using the illusion method gave it a more natural look. It is very light weight. Received 8 packs but used on six. Had to use more hair to achieve the illusion look. Wanted to upload pic but did not want to give the app access to my photos. Overall-Very pleased!!! Above is my original review which I rated 5 stars. Have bought it an additional two times in 12 inches. Wanted to go shorter to avoid having to trim ends so I ordered 10 inches. The length was good but I ordered T/Grey but received 1B/Grey which an entirely different color. If color was not available, I would have preferred that they notified me and I probably would have decided to go with the 12 inch. I have to go thru the trouble of returning the item because I cannot use it. I really thought I had found a company that offers exactly what I want.
