Not sturdy. It's thinner than it appears on the package. After a month of wearing it during workouts and walking, it stretched and the Velcro ban was wider the belt so it became uncomfortable to wear unless I scrunched the Velcro side and then it showed under the clothes.

I read some of the reviews before I bought this but decided to give it a try anyway. I am glad I did. The box my belt came in looked just like the one in the photo and I could not be happier with it. I have had it for about 6 months now and it shows no signs of wear, it looks just like it did when I took it out of the box. I use this when I ride my Schwinn Airdyne which I ride about 4 times a week for 30 to 60 minutes. It only took me one use to realize I need to be standing in the shower when I take this belt off. There is so much sweat when I take it off it drips all over so need to stand in the tub or shower whn I remove it. This belt has been a great tool for me as I work on reducing my tummy fat. As an Amazon Prime member I received free two day shipping on my belt and it arrived on time in perfect condition. ... show more
