I'm writing this review for the person who has been looking at potential photo booth backgrounds for hours. You've wondered two-sided tape will hold sequinned cloth to the wall (it won't). You're wondering if you could make a background yourself (you could, but seriously haven't you got enough to do?). This is the answer. If you are hanging up on a painted wall or door frame, use scotch tape. The adhesive that was attached to the tinsel did not come off of the walls or door frame. Ended up scrubbing paint off and having to repaint where the tinsel was hung. Other than that, it looked very nice while hung and served its purpose. Just want to warn others about the adhesive so you don’t end up scrubbing and painting walls and door trim for a few hours after your party! ... show more

The backdrop was easy to use and hang. There was one small issue where it tore while being removed from packaging. BE CAREFUL when unfolding this. It WILL tear easily!! If you are using this for a doorway. Great. You will only need one. If this is for a background for a cake table etc. you will need at least 3 of these. Many compliments on the backdrop. I ordered this as a photo background for a party and it is so pretty!! I ordered way too much but it was my own fault for not measuring. Here pictured I used two packs and will most likely use the remaining one for a doorframe. The streamers are very long however and needed to be cut at the bottom, but it isn’t a problem because I’m relieved they definitely aren’t too short. So beautiful!!!! Must get for your backdrop!!! Everyone thought it looked amazing!!! Pictures dont do it justice. They are tall and they werent too short width wise either i only had to use two!!! And i didnt need to layer!!! Used it as a backdrop for the treat table.

    • MOUNTING TAPE DOES NOT COME OFF!!

Bought for a Bachelorette Party in a Hotel Room. They were awesome when we put them up but BEWARE! When we took them down, the double-sided mounting tape did NOT come off anything!!! I thought this would be like any mounting tape (Easily removable from walls) but it left residue behind on everything we had attached them to (Doors, walls, desk). I am way lucky the hotel didn't charge us for a cleaning fee for all the marks it left on everything! May want to attach these with your own tape that you can trust! ... show more

Ordered this item in the gold color to use as a photo booth back drop / decoration for my daughter’s birthday party. It was a hit, the kids loved it. It is made well and I liked the fact that it was longer length so I cut it to fit the area in which I used it. I didn’t use the adhesive backing as some reviewers stated it would damage the walls when removed. The company included a piece of twine to apply to the adhesive, and then hang it from the twine...
