Update: the seller reached out to me on their own asking about my product satisfaction. I told them about the few damaged folders and they immediately gave me a partial refund. I appreciate the attentive customer service. A few of the folders were bent and had glue stuck on. Unfortunately, I didn't see this until the last few.
