I ordered 6 fish and 1 died several days later and I was refunded for it. Other fish all look good. I believe ordering these fish when its below freezing is not the best idea. Shipping was overnight and they were packed well. I would use this company again because they did a good job. I've had these fish for 2 weeks today and im glad I ordered them this way. A side note, I read the instructions step by step for adding the fish to the tank and I had a cycled empty tank that I used for these fish. Thanks again. ... show more

Fish arrived promptly and in seemingly good health. They swam, fed, and seemed happy for about a week. I noticed ich on them and now several of the new fish and the ones that were there before have died and the whole tank population is collapsing. I tried an ich cure but I think it was too late. I am pretty sure (not positive) that the ich came with the new fish as I have never had this problem in this tank before and there is no issue with overcrowding (30 gal tank had five small fish previously). I loved the idea of getting my fish delivered and the fish were exactly as pictured. If you do go this route you may want to quarantine your new stock to rule out any potential infectious diseases and yes I know, this could happen if you buy these from a pet store and my intent is not to steer anyone away from this vendor. ... show more

I was very skeptical to buy fish online. We have lost so many glow fish after purchasing them through petsmart I was ready to give up. Petsmart actually told us the last time we took the dead ones back to them they would not replace them for us. We would put the fish in and they would die within hours. We received the fish, I opened the box and to my belief they were swimming around and looked great. Of course, I assumed I would put them in the tank and watch them die. It has been two weeks and they all look great. I will definitely order again. I don't know why these are doing so well especially living in a bag for so long compared to petsmart. Its now been 3 weeks since we recieved our glofish we are complete noobs to aquariums but its what our daughter wanted for her birthday! And we are in love we recieved our fish very bbn promptly 1 day i believe is allnit took and they were all absolutely the most healthy cute little fish I've ever seen there colors absolutely pop out at you my only conpliant is mybdaughter favorite color is pink and if you knew her believe me youd know that to cause she tells everone but the compliant is they only sent 1 pink fish however it is the largest fish its a tetra i believe but theyre is no way i could deduct a star for that if i order more could i request more of another color? ... show more
