So after researching for a chair for my husband we went with this one, it is a solid chair and fits him well as the back is adjustable which is a plus if you have a tall person that needs it. It does recline and fold up well and does come with a headrest even though it says sold separately. The only thing I will say is the post is wrong as it is not auto recline nor is it auto fold. I reached out to the company regarding this because it does come with a remote but the buttons for the auto would not work. The remote is only good for driving it and the horn. I have to say they were apologetic to me and worked on a solution to make it right but just wanted others to know if that is what you are looking for then you may want to find something else. Rating would be higher if instruction manual was clearer and remote pairing for automatic fold and reclining could work. However this could be my TBI causing a problem. I love how compact and maneuverable it is. I went with the black model with headrest because I have neck issues. We travel a lot so we love that it is airline approved ( ps. That usually means cruise line approved too ;) I hope this review helps ... show more
