I love how functional and accessible this is. It's large enough to encompass most handheld items, but small enough that it travels well in a small tote bag (provided). It's really nice because it can plug into a computer via USB outlet, or wall with (non-provided) AC adapter. The brightest setting is VERY bright, I rarely feel the need to use the brightest, but I do love that they provide different color backgrounds. I typically use white, for my purposes, but occasionally have used the black one. The photos taken using this lighting/backdrop come out looking very professional and amazing. You can take photos from the front or the top via a detachable flap. If anything I wish they had a larger size (4-8x larger?) for bigger items, but still retaining it's travel-size functionality. ... show more

This photo box works as it should. Easy to set up, I like that it comes with a bag to store the box in when not in use. 12x12 is exactly that and it works well for small products. The light feature is neat - the only thing I don't really like is that the sides are a bit flimsy. There's really nothing included to make the box keep it's shape - I just purchased this so attributing that to maybe user error. I ordered the large 32" cube and for size comparison you can see it on top of my Queen Size bed. The two product photos are of the same item taken with Natural light and then from the Lightbox using an iPhone 14 (no special setup in the lightbox, I just set it up and then took the photo without any practice or experimenting). My cat also likes it even with the bright light so I included a photo of her in it. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to setup for the first time so be patient. The 2nd time I set it up was much faster. I'm leaving a great review because their Customer Service is very helpful. I accidentally tore the light diffuser and it would still work with tape but I didn't want to use tap so I emailed their customer service and they mailed me a new light diffuser for free! And they mailed it the day I gave them my address and I received it quickly. ... show more
