I've been using this rinser for a few months now allowing for ample time to see if it's worth it. I didn't know I needed this until I realized how much I use it. It's well worth it! After comparing several brands including Delta's version I decided I didn't want to pay a ton for a rinser but wanted one that looked appealing and seemed to be of high quality for a lower price point. This rinser fit my criteria. My husband had it installed in a few minutes. We have had no leaks or problems using it. Occasionally there is a loud noise it makes when you forget to shut off the water facet while using it. To me, this is minor and hasn't affected its usage or effectiveness. I reached out to the seller when I realized I didn't add the added free one for the promotion that was going on at the time. They sent the additional one and responded quickly which was a bonus. If you have teens and are constantly reminding them to rinse their cups or to clean out their tumblers then this device makes it a bit easier. I only wish I had one of these when my kids were smaller for all the bottles and kid's cups I washed over the years. It would've made it much easier. If you are redoing your kitchen or changing out facets in the kitchen then consider a rinser because it makes tumbler cleaning easier. ... show more

Update: Seller reached out and is working to remedy the sticking open issue. Very impressed and happy with their professionalism and quick responses. I would happily do business with then again. Original post: We installed this in February/March 2022, before our baby was born, for the main purpose of cleaning her bottles. It's been great! Until this past week, when I'm cleaning out a bottle the sprayer stays open. The way the mechanism works is you put the glass/bottle on the arms and press down, the water shoots up. You give it a small swirl to get all sides of the bottle and pull up, the water cuts off. Except it doesn't now. We had to shut off the main water to the house because the sprayer stayed on and didn't stop spraying. My husband is trouble shooting the issue so hopefully we can keep using it. I got one of these thinking it would make doing the dishes much easier (most of the dishes I do are left over cups with evaporated drinks in them) and it really did! The problem is it's just... Big. I wish that weren't so but it is really an eyesore -- I went back and replaced it with the soap dispenser. That said, if you aren't as much of a minimalist as me go for it, I can't recommend it enough; I just have clutter issues that this thing hits hard. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product made of heavy stainless steel. As others have said the T connection seems to be the only cheaply made piece. I was going to buy another T connection at the hardware store, but I thought I would give this a try. So far so good. The only thing is when I used the O-ring they supplied, It cut my water pressure down because the hole in the O-ring is too small, so I just discarded it and use plumbers tape instead. I also discarded the Check Valve to have greater water pressure. This thing is amazing on glasses but the main reason I bought it for is to rinse out water bottles, the problem is the water can’t leave the bottle as fast as it enters because the silicone pads on the actuator blocks the exiting flow of water do to the bottle head being so narrow. So when I wash bottles I remove the actuator and place the bottle neck on one side of the spindle as I show in video. Otherwise, Great product. ... show more

This was pretty easy to install and works great. Only downside is the water spray struggles to reach the bottom of large items, like large water bottles. But for regular cups, glasses, and water bottles it works awesome.

If you have a house built in 2000s or before, your water supply may be using flowtite push-pull valve and you can’t add this to that. Fortunately I was able to add it the outlet for the dishwasher which was copper (had to saw off older fitting and add a sharkbite valve with two outlets (one for dishwasher, other for this) turned out to be a bigger project than what I had anticipated when buting this. ... show more

Installation was relatively easy, except ... the tee connector leaked at the connection to the water supply block valve. The leak was out the top of the nut on the tee. Tried several times, but no success. Went to Lowes and bought a new tee ... no problem. Also the item was described as buy one, get one. I guess that was correct. I bought one, and only got one. Call to Amazon took care of this .. sent me another. As far as the washer, works great I imagine there will be something that it won't get perfectly rinsed, but hasn't happened yet. ... show more
