I like that I can put this into the under-seat bag on my 3 bikes so I don’t need to mount the pump. It’s for flats away from the house, so it’s not likely to often be used, but it’s made of metal so it should be durable and reliable. The GIYO Small Bike Tire Pump is so small and lightweight, you can almost carry it in your pocket. It's so easy to use, even a caveman could do it. And it pumps tires so quickly, you'll be back on the road in minutes. But don't let the small size fool you. This pump is built to last. It's made of all-metal construction, and the valve lock is so secure, it's like Fort Knox. So what's the catch? Well, for one thing, it can be difficult to pump tires to high pressure with this pump. You'll need to use some serious elbow grease. A gauge would be great as well to get the right psi. Overall, the GIYO Small Bike Tire Pump is a great choice for cyclists who are looking for a compact and lightweight and sturdy pump that is easy to use. But if you need to pump your tires to high pressure or you have a bike with a large frame, you may want to consider a different pump. Would buy again. ... show more

    • good back up for CO2 inflator
I always use a CO2 inflator. But also always forget how to use the inflator and use up my CO2 cartridges in the process. This hand air pump is small, light weight and easy to use. Just had it out on a gravel ride and it worked great. Takes a while to inflate a gravel tire, but it worked just fine.

The pump has been in my saddle bag for a couple of months now. My first time getting a flat, I go to take out the pump and it is in pieces. The pump and the handle have come apart. At first I thought no biggie, this should just screw back on. They do not and now the pump is damaged and doesn't work. I couldn't even inflate one tire with this! I had high hopes for this pump, but now I know it's a waste of money. I guess I'll have to spend the money on a decent brand like Silca. ... show more

I use this pump on my road bike and can pump up to 70 psi with surprisingly little effort compared to my old pump, which is a fair bit larger. The compact size easily fits inside my saddle bag, alongside a spare tube and other essentials. Great addition. I haven't used this on my bike yet, but I stopped to help someone else change a tire because they didn't have a pump on a recent ride. It worked exactly as expected. The movement is smooth, and it did a decent job pumping up the new tire, enough to get him to somehwere with a regular pump with a pressure gague at least. It took a lot of pumps to get the tire filled, but I prefer taking a little extra time and effort with a pump than relying on CO2 cartridges that are one-shot. ... show more
