Started using this sprit when i was in college and 6 years later got another bottle because i just couldn't forget how much i loved this. I'm a girl but this is totally an androgynous scent anyone can wear. All the reviews are true regarding the fact that the top note smells offensive and plastic, but give it 5-10 minute to get to the middle note that's when this Cologne really shines, and the end note is just sexy, i got so much compliment when i wore it during college, everyone that come to hug me their face would lit up and say omg u smell SO good, girl and guys, probably the reason why after so many years i repurchased it again. ... show more

I have used this same cologne for over a decade by now. I really like its scent and how long it last (hours upon hours), but this was not the case this time. I have always bought it from a store, but since I could not find it I gave it a try online. I must have been a "tester" or something like that; because now it does not matter how much of it I use, it only takes an hour or two to be completely gone. This is a nice fragrance and over time the price has increased. I often purchase several fragrances and put them in the bathrooms so that guests can freshen up. This is one of the freshest fragrances and Givenchy does the best job. Nautica has Voyage, Joop has Nightflight and Davidoff has Silver Shadow Altitude and Cool Water Frozen, but Givenchy just knocked it out of the ballpark. It is more distinctive and just has a cleaner cooler smell. Some complain that the fragrance is overpowering, but I find it to be very light and ultra fresh. It shares the bottle with Insense and Greenergy, which are both fantastic fragrances and hold notes over the want-to-be's and wish-I-were, also. I received a sample of this cologne on a brief stop in Paris in 1994. Although I am not sensitive to cosmetic issues, including fragrances, this one appealed immediately and I have been using it ever since. It's rarely, if ever, available in stores in the US, but it's readily available online, including on Amazon. I seem to have largely lost my sense of smell in my old age, but women often tell me they like the smell of this cologne...or maybe they are just referring to something that I have been cooking for them. ... show more

I bought this cologne based upon the brand and description and boy did I "hit a home run". This cologne smells deliciously good. I kept spraying it on and then smelling it. This cologne has a fresh and sweet smell reminiscent of the ocean air and is potent. I will continue to keep purchaing this cologne, because it smells so deliciously good, and I received so many compliments that I stopped counting.
