I've been using the Gillette Labs Men's Razor Blade Refills for a few months now, and they consistently deliver a sharp, smooth shave every time. The blades are incredibly sharp, which makes for a close shave without irritation, even on sensitive skin. One thing I really appreciate is the longevity of each blade. I can get multiple shaves out of a single blade without noticing any dullness. The lubrication strip also does a great job of reducing friction, leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed afterward. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is the price. While I understand you're paying for quality, the cost can add up over time, especially if you shave frequently. However, if you're looking for a premium shave experience, these refills are definitely worth it. I prefer these razors and blades over the women's branded ones any day. These particular Gillette blades give a close and comfortable shave without having to sacrifice nicks or cuts. Always a smooth finish and I get some milage out of them before having to replace.

Obviously expensive. If you are new or perhaps been using a razor for years try a safety blade razor (single blade). Takes little getting used too, but having one blade pass over your face is far better than five. What I mean is when use the safety razor (single blade) I might pass over a section three times at most, using this five blade cartridge the same three passes becomes fifteen! No closer shave, just razor burn and notably abraised skin. The cost of the single blades are far less then the cartridges, the shave is closer and no razor burn. ... show more

These blades are amazing. True, the first shave on any cartridge may not feel as smooth as the first shave on a standard high end Gillette cartridge, but that is where the comparison ends. I’m probably going to receive hater comments, but, I use these once then throw away. You know why? Because I’m worth it. If you can afford it, do it. Be good to yourself. I shave once every 3 or 4 days and receive the BEST shave ever. It’s good for African American sensitive skin. This is the smoothest shave I’ve ever received. I use these in the Gillette heated razor along with Truefitt and Hill 1805 shave soap, pre shave oil and after shave balm. Yes, you can use these multiple times (5 times was my record) but you risk germs and bacteria infecting your skin, thus bumps or breaking out. Dont be cheap to you! ... show more
