it does work and isnt too bad to work with. it was my first time tinting windows and id say it went well. the film itself is pretty good for $15, so no complaint there. just watch a few videos of how to do it and make sure you know what youre getting into, and take your time.

Having the option to spend thirty bucks and an hour or so of my time or two hundred bucks for professional tint on a car over twenty years old is an easy decision. You will get what you pay for, which is cheap tint. This stuff is not as thick and will not lay down as smooth as the 3M or other higher grade tint that the professionals use. If you have a nice car, pay to have it tinted professionally. If it is an older car that isn't worth the investment and you can live with something that is most likely not going to be perfect, tint it yourself, there are plenty of articles and videos online that will walk you through it. The side windows were done in 20%. Also used the 5% 6" strips for the rear window and had enough to put a strip across the windshield. Worked fine if you can live with 1/8" lines on the rear window where the tint overlaps. ... show more

I started with this and went through 2 boxes, it kinks easy and scratches easy. Went to a professional roll which actually is cheaper once calculated out for how much you get, and is thicker and applies better. If you're looking for a quick tint roll to get a job done then this is it. Otherwise look at a professional roll. ... show more

I have used this product twice in the past on two separate vehicles with amazing results. I just purchased a new vehicle and decided I would apply it to both mine and my girlfriends vehicles. This time however, upon doing so, I am not happy at all with the results. There are streaks underneath the applied film from all of the solution I had to apply (almost half a bottle) and the film would not slide around at all to put into position no matter how much spray I used. Also, there are ripples along the bottom that will not come out no matter how hard I try as well as small creases in the film in various spots. I am very disappointed because the quality of the film I received this time around is far below what I received the first two times I used this product. What makes it even more frustrating is the fact that the price was higher this time around as well. Now I have another roll on hand here and am not sure what to do. Do I return the other roll and eat the cost of the first roll? Hoping the manufacturer reads this and rectifies the situation. ... show more

A great tint Film, I've installed it the hard way which is that I take the windows so I can trim the film better and on the small triangular glass on the rear doors I can reach under the seal so it looks stock and I don't get an area without film, however the car looks great, feels cooler and also it doesn't block your vision at night. ... show more
