This is a really nice gift set for those that like rose scented bath/spa scented items. The scent is a little too strong for me personally. I also like that it comes with a card that goes with the theme so I don't have to buy a card separately. I'd personally have left out the rose decorative item. It doesn't add anything and will probably just end in the garbage. Packaging was good, except it could have used a little more of the stuffing stuff as there was barely anything. It smells very nice but the bath bomb was everywhere, it was not wrapped properly this was a birthday gift it could of been much more neatly wrapped. Nevertheless it was nice.

It’s an attractive box, with strips of paper packaging inside, and all the gifts laid out, with a card on top. The contents are as follows: A card with “Best wishes for you” written on it. It’s blank inside. If you wanted to write in it before giving the box to someone, you’d have to open the box first, of course. It’s a good quality card, but a bit basic in appearance for my taste. It reminded me of a store clothing label rather than a greetings card, but if you like the clean, modern look, it’s fine. A bar of soap. The ingredients are listed on the back, as follows: Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Sucrose, Proylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Water, Glycerin, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Rosa Rugosa Flower Extract, Fragrance, Rose Extract, CI 77891. The soap has a pleasant rose fragrance, but a mild one. A bath bomb. This is a rose-scented bath bomb with little dried petals on the top. It fizzes in the water, and smells mildly rose-fragranced. I wish it didn’t have the dried petals on the top, because I don’t like black things floating in my bathwater, but apart from that, it’s a nice bath bomb, and the right size for one bath. Rose essential oil. The ingredients are: Rosa, Rugosa Flower Oil, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Tocopherol, BHT, Rosmarinus, Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil. I love the smell of this essential oil. You can put a tiny drop on your skin (but be careful, because oil can irritate sensitive skin), or use it in a diffuser. I also like to put a few drops into a bath, or mix it with unscented bath salts. Rose hand cream. Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Carbomer, Niacinamide, Allantoin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Rose Rugose Flower Oil, Glycyrrhiza Glabra Extract, Phenoxyethanol, CI 77491. I was surprised by how nice this hand cream is. It has a nice rose fragrance, and is oily enough to feel that I’m actually getting some extra moisture into my hands when I use it. It’s good for dry hands and elbows in particular. The fragrance is pleasant without being ov overpowering. Rose body lotion. Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Tocopheryl Acetate, Rose Rugose Flower Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Flower Extract, PEG-120 Glyceryl Stearate, Carbomer, Ethylhexylgycerin, Allantoin, CI 77491. This is another nice lotion that smells good without being overpowering. This isn’t going to last me long, because I’ve been using it on my feet and legs, and it’s going quickly! A rose scented candle. I really like my candles to be super strong-smelling, and this one isn’t, but it’s a nice little candle, and it probably doesn’t help that I’ve been using it in a big room with a high ceiling. An artificial rose. I actually love this pretty rose! It’s made of some kind of thin plasticky/papery stuff, and I was surprised that it hadn’t been crushed in transit, but it’s a really pretty flower that picks up all the color and reflections. I’ve put it in a glass vase in a guest bedroom, and I really like the way it picks up all the rainbow hues. I’ve enjoyed using all the contents of this box. None of the products have irritated my skin, and they all smell very nice, and not as artificial as many rose-scented products. I think the box would make a very thoughtful gift, for a birthday, Mother’s Day, as a Get Well Soon gift, or you could do what I’m doing, and use it all yourself, and call it self-care. This would make an OK gift for someone who likes lotions and soaps with a generally floral scent. The theme is roses, and there's a weird plastic iridescent rose included in the box. Not sure what that would be for, perhaps a desk decoration?
