My first reaction upon opening the box was that I had been sent the wrong item. This gift bag was a HUGE disappointment, and it did not look at all like the advertised photos. I have included photos of the cheap plastic “gift bag” that was sent to me as well as screenshot photos of the way this gift bag is presented in the advertisement. I encourage you to take a look at the many obvious differences between the two. The advertised photos do not depict a small plastic dime store bag. The first photo is of a very pretty pink and white gift bag that is opaque. However, in the second set of photos, it is possible to see slightly through the gift bag – enough that you can make out the spacious manner in which the products are carefully placed within the gift bag, with ample space to spare. The items inside the cheap plastic bag that I received were haphazardly tossed into the bag without any semblance of the smallest attempt at organization. No consideration for presentation and certainly no thought as to how this would make the gift recipient feel about receiving such a thoughtless “gift”. I would think that the LUCOTIYA company would be embarrassed to have their name on such a cheap-looking PLASTIC bag that is being sold as “luxurious”. I would also hope that the GOLDENHARD STORE which sells these as “luxury spa gifts” would do something about their quality control because it is terrible! To make matters worse, the plastic bag was just stuffed or crammed into the shipping box with absolutely no care or concern which caused the plastic to have deep creases and the two handles to be bent over and could not be straightened – it was just terrible. This would have been a waste of money if I purchased it from the dollar store! There was no possible way that I would ever give this to anyone as a gift, let alone to my mother for Mother’s Day! ... show more
