It's a towel but a really nice one! And, it Is a quality towel. The real thrill you will get from this towel is the thanks you will get from your back. No more bending down to get your towel. Now it will be ready to jump up at your command. Just touch your club to the magnet and away you go!! You can also use the magnet to attach it to the cart or any other metal surface where you would like a towel. Now the bonus!! They include a putter pal. It is a metal disk that goes into the hole in the end of the grip. You can now use it to pick up the towel. This is a great addition. My putter is aluminum so it would pick up the towel. Now a note; if you have a super stroke grip, most of them have a metal screw in plate. You remove this to add handle weight if needed. As this is metal and not flexible rubber, the putter pal will not fit in the hole. Stay clean! ... show more

If price is no concern, this is a great towel. But this is definitely a very pricey product. That being said, how much more useful is this towel over a 15 dollar towel? not a lot. This is definitely a high quality towel. I've had other cheaper waffle-patterned towels, and they all flatten after a few rounds. This won't be an issue with this towel. A lot more threads and thicker than most towels, and the waffling is very pronounced. Does a great job soaking up moisture and trapping dirt. Is it 2-3 times better than a standard towel no, but it is markedly better than cheaper towels. The red color is very vibrant and the look of the towel is fantastic. The magnet is covered in thick rubber/silicone. Magnet towels are easy to lose if they only have a magnet, but this towel also comes with a carabiner for when you want to keep it on your bag.     • The best quality golf towel, no question
This waffle weave towel is by far the best one I’ve come across. The magnet is super strong and the sewn edge is even stronger. It stays on the golf cart rail and never falls off even when driving down the fairway. I picked red, it’s bright and after a wash it’s like brand new. The carbiner D clip is some kind of lightweight alloy but it has the Ghost Golf logo on it. Would make a great gift for a golfer!!’ Highly recommend this towel. ... show more

    • This is a nice towel, but very, VERY expensive.
My 16-year-old has recently been into golfing with my husband. He has an older set of golf clubs, but really nothing else. I ordered this for him, and he was so happy! He loves the color red, and he thinks the magnetic part on the towel is so cool! It’s very expensive, though! I thought maybe there was something different or better with this particular one due to the price, but my husband said it’s just like his other ones. He’s not sure about the brand, either – because I thought maybe it was a “popular name brand” and that’s why it was so expensive. This is nice, but I’m not sure I would spend $30-$40 on this towel. This is a high-quality, waffle weave golf towel that is absorbent and durable. The carabiner is high quality, operated well, and should allow you to attach/remove the towel from your golf bag hundreds of times without issue. I'm not including photos of the towel since the Amazon product page is accurate for color, size and appearance. The product logo is stitched thread, by the way; so it will not wear off. Overall, this is a fine golf towel and it better than most, however, you are paying for two other features that may/may not be worth the price of admission for you: 1. The magnet attached to the upper corner of the towel just below the carabiner is very strong but also heavy. If you leave the towel attached to your bag with the carabiner, then it is not needed and bulky. If you want to attach the towel to your golf cart or your irons, then this is a nice feature and useful (see below). And the towel WILL remain securely attached to a steel surface to be sure. 2. The Putter Pin is an interesting idea. You insert the metal pin (shown in the photo here and very well made and finished from high-quality metal) into to grip end of your putter (which has a hole in it, of course). You can then use that end of your putter to pick up the towel or transfer it to another location. I haven't found this useful, frankly, but you may. If you use the towel magnet to attach it to your cart or the irons in your bag, then you can transfer it around using the end of your putter with the Putter Pin. I also found it difficult to insert the pin into my putter grip end. The pin (see photo) is rounded and has a smooth end, but it is quite large in diameter. I could not insert it into my putter end even with high force, even if I understand that you want it to remain inlace and not fall out when taking your putter in/out the bag. In addition, if your putter grip isn't round in diameter (like a couple of mine), then the pin diameter may extend beyond the grip end diameter. This can be distracting when using the putter. Overall, this is a nice product but unless you value the magnetic features then you can buy a similar quality towel with a grommet and carabiner for significantly less. This is a judgement call you need to make as a buyer. ... show more

I own a lot of these magnetic towels. But Ghost Golf is probably the best, I guess considering how they’re the original and all. It’s large, the waffle microfiber towel is amazing and absorbant and feels so durable. It wipes up grease and dirty and soaks up water. It’s also very versatile… I have on hanging on the side of my fridge out of view, but is still easy access in case I need a quick towel to clean something up. Comes with a pin to add to your club to pick it up as well. The only con is the loop that the carabiner comes on. I think it’s too rough. I like these because they’re versatile, but the roughness of the material on that loop makes me hesitate to use it to wipe up anything delicate paint. Otherwise it performs extremely well ... show more
