My motor is a 90 HP 2002 Mercury. This fits my ram perfectly. Can never just fall off. Is made well and should last longer than i will. I personally lower my motor until it just touches this transom saver support. No need to practically crush the support to get it to stay on. I highly recommend this support if you are going to use this type of one. ... show more

Hard rubber, but not hard enough to support the motor..... it may flex and fall out driving down the road.
