Well made casserole dish. I like that it has a bit of design to it, yet it will still go with my classic white serving dishes. The large handles help with lifting and the deep dish is good for whole chickens, a small turkey, lasagna and much more. I personally prefer straight sided pans for lasagna and this pan has slanted sides, getting wider at the top. I cooked a large meatloaf surrounded by lots of little potatoes in it and everything cooked evenly. I did need to soak the pan for a little bit to get it cleaned up but it wasn’t difficult. This is a really nice pan. It’s heavy and solid, feel like nice quality. The details textured details on the side are cute but not overwhelming. This is easy to clean and works great for baking.

No instructions or limitations with this ceramic pan, so we’ll just use our best judgement, but it’s lovely beyond belief. Would make a beautiful wedding gift. Love having a deeper casserole dish and this one would fit well in most any kitchen.
