  • The Mullet rocks!
I am an EDC nerd... I have been looking for a good belt hook for my keys that also functions as a multi-tool so that I can slim down my key-chain and not carry my Gerber shard in addition to my other items and the Mullet fits the bill perfectly! Plus you gotta love the name lol... Business in front and party in back! ... show more

  • Best keychain tool out there
I've worn this every day for about 2 years. I'm not sure how often I've actually used the tools on it but it comes in handy when I do need it. The best feature of this is the pocket/belt loop clip. I have never had it fall out on me no matter what. I could clip it to my pocket, belt loop, even the waist band on sweatpants/shorts/bathing suits, etc. It has never fallen out despite whatever weirdness I'd get myself into. It has never bothered me in my pocket and I never know it's there. The only issue I've ever had is the Philips screwdriver can be a little sharp at first if you accidentally brush your hand against it but I've maybe had that problem twice since I've owned it. The finish looks like it wears really fast at first but after 2 years of every day use the finish is still there and the tool hasn't rusted on me unlike all the other things I've had in my pockets including what was attached to it. All around fantastic tool even if only used as a clip to keep keys secured in your pocket. Can't recommend enough ... show more

  • My new favorite keychain
I've been rotating through a bunch of different key chains, lanyards, carabiners, ect. for my keys and a few small tools. This is the first I've stuck with. very well built with a nice heft without being too heavy. I love how easy it is to get on and off my belt loop or the option to slip it on a pocket or belt. The tools seem to function just fine and if I had any negative I'd say it can potentially come off your person unintentionally since it doesn't close, but that's also what makes it so fast and convenient. ... show more

  • Too sharp for pocket carry & larger than it looks
I was looking for a keychain multitool that I can take past secure places like TSA or theme parks. It's a nice concept, even including a pocket/belt clip which was the main selling point for me. Carrying one for a week it is way too sharp for a daily carry. Here are some of the issues I had with it: -All corners are fairly sharp when they don't need to be. It feels uncomfortable to carry and handle. -The sharp points are very sharp, primarily the tips of the screwdrivers / pry bar and the phillips. The angle of the pry bar means when carrying in your pocket, it is either digging into your leg or your pants. Carrying outside your pocket, it is either scraping up your pants/leg, or if positioned outward, your arm or anything you come into contact with. These sharp angled tips will scrape up anything and everything they touch. -The position of the phillips is especially troublesome when carrying inside pocket clip as when you put your hands into your pockets, the tip of the sharp phillips will scrape your arm. If the phillips tip doesn't get you, the sharp corner bottle opener is right below it to get you. I had to pinch the top of the mullet to pull it out of my pants when clipped inside pocket, but the sharp bottle opener would often snag my pants on the way out. -The black stainless steel scratches. It's just paint. I wanted black so when carrying inside pocket the outside clip would blend more into the pants. Over time this finish will wear off. -It's bigger than it looks and really stands out on a keychain. Because of it's size, and very sharp aggressive angles, I would not be suprized if it was confiscated at a secure venue. If you need to pull out nails and don't mind your pants, body parts or other things in vicinity getting scraped up, this is the tool for you. I much prefer to carry the Nite Ize DoohicKey. Much cheaper in price, flat, smaller, smooth edge angles, not aggressive or scary looking & sharp to be possibly confiscated, and the working end is just sharp enough to be effective, but not sharp enough to be dangerous or scrape up things it comes into contact with. ... show more

  • Handy little tool
This little thing comes in handy. I use the screw driver end all the time. It’s surprising how much I use the prybar

  • Fantastic tool for EDC
I think most of these negative reviews are definitely over-exaggerated. The tool is optimally sharp and very sturdy. Great product for military or law enforcement. I have always trusted Gerber to make quality tools that I can trust in any setting. Check it out, great for the price!

  • Not flashy but it is well made.
I am happy with my purchase. Cheap price but well made from Gerber. The keys will easily stay on your belt loop and not fall off plus they can easily be shifted into your jean pocket to silence them due to length.
