The CPS Adjustable Artist Piano Bench with Music Storage Compartment is 22" long and 13 1/2" deep. It weighs about 25 pounds. Its height can be adjusted from 19" to 21 1/2". The artist piano bench is made of solid hard wood with heavy duty mechanism (silent micro adjustment). The cushioned top is covered with 100% top grade thick premium leather. It has a deep diamond tufted seat with 10 buttons for extra comfort. There is a storage compartment under the seat. Quick and easy assembly, you just attach the legs with the wrench provided. Available in ebony (black) with high gloss finish. This product carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

I have had this piano bench for about a year, and I love it! It is sturdy and comfortable. It was easy to put together. The storage space under the seat is essential for me. I think that this bench looks good too.

    • Comfortable, sturdy and good looking bench
This bench is outstanding! It looks good, is sturdy and comfortable. I looked high and low for a good adjustable bench. This one is perfect for piano players form large to small. The adjustment knobs are easy to turn, but it does take a lot of rotations to move up and down significant distances. Note I did say knobs. There is one knob on each end. It is easiest to make adjustments by using both hands turning the knobs at the same time if the player is sitting on the bench. Each rotation only moves the bench a small distance, which is one of the reasons why the bench has a solid feel. Off of the bench it can be adjusted up or down by only turning one of the knobs (they are physically connected), but even then I found it is easier and faster to use both knobs. This bench is best suited for one player or people around the same height. The length of the bench fits one person perfectly, but it is not long enough to fit two players at a time unless they are small children. Go with the longer bench if you need two players at a time. The storage under the bench is pretty much the same as a standard bench. Easily fits music books and other small items. ... show more

    • Nice Looking and Comfortable
After researching many benches, this one seemed to stand out to me, price wise and it is functional. I knew I would need an adjustable bench, I'm like 5'2" tall and this one was fairly easy to adjust. Probably not so convient if you are a teacher and would need to adjust it for students. But not bad, just takes a few minutes. As for me I am the only player so once I had it adjusted, perfect! I noticed some comments about it squeaking but if you put the seat all the way down, then raise it to desired height, I don't hear it at all. Not huge storage space, which is fine with me as I only keep current music I am working on stored. There is not skirting around it but no big deal, also the leater seems to be holding out rather well. The cushion is not real soft, but I prefer more firm anyway. I would buy again. ... show more

I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. It’s a bit tall I wish it was one and shorter. The leather feels synthetic, but they say it is leather nonetheless. Pretty well built and easy to assemble. For the price I really really can’t complain

I had been wanting an adjustable bench with storage and this one was on the higher end of my budget but I love the bench. Enough storage for a few scores, adjustable height and it looks beautiful. This is the most comfortable artist's bench I have ever sat on. It was incredibly simple to assemble -- just four screws. SUPER STURDY!! No wobble, even on my sometimes uneven floors. I am in love with this seat. I know it's a little on the higher end price wise but I opted for this as I intend on using it for decades if it'll let me, and I believe it will. It is worth the price. This sturdy, attractive piano bench is exceptionally well-crafted, and far exceeded our expectations for quality and value. The adjustable leather seat (that lifts up for sheet music storage) is very comfortable, and my husband, who is a professional musician, and for whom I purchased this as a present to replace his old bench, has been able to sit for hours at the piano with ease.     • SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE
This is one quality product. Spending a great deal of time each day at the piano, I needed a little more height, and a softer seat for my back. I was skeptical about this bench. My concerns were the quality of the workmanship, and the overall sturdiness of the bench. Also, to be honest, I was concerned about the fact that is was imported. Well, all I can say is that maybe I should be allot more open minded. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well made piano bench with significant weight to it. I wish I had made this purchase long ago. It has given me the option to adjust the height exactly. And the seat has just the right amount of give. It is not soft, nor is it hard.
