The case is SUPER cute and it feels pretty thick so I know the switch will be protected. I've had this case about 3 months and the picture hasn't rubbed off or started flaking off at all. It looks practically new still. I'm really impressed. I was worried it'd fade because I use my switch so often but that's not the case (no pun intended). There are two downsides though. The case is pretty thick so while it does protect the switch well, it doesn't fit too will inside the dock. It CAN fit and I do push it down in there but it did worry me. If you have one of the other docks that doesn't encase the switch, that should work much better. It DOES fit in the original and it doesn't scratch off the back at all but it does feel bad to have to squish it in. The joycons also don't fit in the controller with the cover on them. I do have to remove the covers to put them on, which is a bummer since I don't always play in handheld mode. The other downside is how difficult taking the case of the joycons can be. It takes a bit to get the hang of it and you do worry you'll stretch them out but that hasn't happened to me. The best way I found to remove the case is to put your thumb and index finger inside, pinch the bottom part of the joycon and use your other hand to pull/slide the case off . Once it's mostly off, you can just angle the rest of it out. All in all, the case is suuuper sweet and, if you can get past the two downsides, it's super nice and it really does protect the switch. ... show more

This is a very cute soft shell case. The design seems to be high quality and doesn't look like it will rub off anytime soon. Easy to put on and very secure, it's a great way to keep my switch protected and adorable. The pink is a dull light baby pink and the case DOES fit inside the dock, but it's very very snug. After a few dockings, it has been easier to pull it out though. It fits inside my Funlab case which then also fits into my Animal Crossing travel backpack. All in all, I am very satisfied :) Recommend the brand as all of their products haven't disappointed me yet! ... show more

It is very cute, and so far pretty durable. I play for extended periods of time. I don't get a lot of days of but when I do I will plays hours of Stardew Valley. So far no ware on the designs and no scratches either. Another thing I was worried about was whether it would fit in the dock. The design has two indents on the back so it fit into the dock seamlessly. I've had no problems with having to shove the switch into place. It’s a very cute cover that fits adequately. Unfortunately it will not sit in the dock with the case on.
