I liked the fact the kit comes with a good selection of lugs and heatshrink tubing to complete the job without additional parts needed. I used my kit to run 12V power from the rear to the front of a bass boat. I used a little spray silicone to aid in fishing the cables (taped together) through the channels. Not the most conductive piece yes aluminum does conduct but not as well as copper. It's not a terrible price for what it is but I'm putting three stars to get your attention if you want quality and efficiency look for copper and spend the money

    • Heavy But Flexible
This is good wire to use running high amp DC to winches, etc. I used mine to install a 30 amp DC winch on my truck to pull a 145 pound boat up on the rack over the truck. The wire has a thick insulation and is very flexible and easy to route. I don't know how it will hold up long term in sunlight so I can't attest to that.
