1/10 scale (logically more like a 1/12 with 1/10 wheel/tires) Same as a hosim, FMT, xinlehong. Mine was blomiky version, they are all functionally the same, same parts motors everything. Gives it a good inch more give or take of lift but works much much better than the stock friction shocks. You can however buy hosim oil shocks for any of the 9125 models if you prefer to. Same size as stock wont need to modify the rear of your chassis but at a higher price of $32. Personally, i enjoyed modifying it for $16 less lol. Took me a whole 10 mins to install them counting tapping a new hole on the lower rear arm, but not counting the oil filling routine. They look pretty aggressive on the 9125 and it lands jumps with a nice dampened thud rather than a bottoming out pop. These shocks are pretty stiff it takes like a 3 ft drop to really push them down on the 9125. I've included some pics, pay no mind to the smaller than normal body. i just really like the way the body it's self looked, wish it been more fitting to the scale. For now I'm just tinkering with the idea of it. 2 images show where you must use self tapping screw to mount them on the rear, also there is a youtube video of a guy installing these if you can dig it up. The water bottle is a dasani purified water bottle for context and the tums bottle is the big 140 tablets bottle to show how much it was lifted with these shocks. Both bottles slide under it without touching the chassis's belly measures with ruler it's 2 1/2 inch clearance think stock was 1.98 inches. I got some slightly wider tires coming that little body maybe needed in the end, the shocks was needed no matter what for this budget beast. ... show more

First, these are cheap for a reason. You're 100% getting what you pay for. They are made of super cheap aluminum. Not deburred and have sharp edges. The bottom spring cups are loose and I'm sure they will end up in the forest after the first tumble. The valving is so poor you have to run diff fluid in them to dampen anything. The springs are "progressive" but all that means is they are very heavy. They are a cheap replacement for fluid filled shocks on a junk beater truck. If you have a decent unit buy good shocks. These are only marginally better then just rubber bands. One of the 4 received was very tight until shock fluid was installed it loosened up a bit. I bought these just on a hope they would suffice for some lower use builds. Upon receiving them I pulled them out of the packaging hopeful to find something usable, Unfortunately that was not the case. To start with the lower shock O-rings do not fit inside the lower shock. The diameter of the shock is incorrect to the O-Rings. The shock has a light amount of extremely heavy oil, guessing 3k diff fluid. Even with this the shock is already leaking. Besides the lower o-ring issue the piston is a solid metal washer that doesn’t touch the sidewalls of the shock body. This is a major design issue as it allows the shock shaft to wiggle back and forth in any direction. This also promotes leakage since not only does the incorrect o-rings need to maintain seal as the shock travels on a vertical but it also needs to try and seal travel on horizontal. I went with the 90mm version. I like these shocks a lot. The springs on these are way softer than the Gen 7 Pro, and they perform way better on a basically stock setup. The thing I like even better is that you can remove the stock spring cup and run the Losi Mini T springs on them. This does require a new spring cup, but I just print mine. They can also be purchased. For the price, these are great socks. I've got three sets of them, and I've not had any problems arise. They look nice, seems to be fairly well made, but poor to zero damping no matter what oil weight you use on it. Two of them are just pogo sticks, the other two seems to have a little better damping with heavier weight oil. The springs are too stiff - don't be fooled by the progressive type springs. At first glance these are holding up and performing well after filling with shock oil. I am using these on a Hosim 9125 that came with terrible friction shocks so these are a solid upgrade from original. I had to reuse the original top shock mount eyelets because my shock hold offs are too small for these shocks. The gasket in the shock cap is a pain to get back in without tearing it (if you have to replace the top shock mount eyelet). I recommend these if you are looking for a low cost upgrade. KEEP IN MIND THESE ARE MEDIUM BORE. CLEARANCE MIGHT BE AN ISSUE FOR SOME. ... show more

UPDATED REVIEW: I was pleasantly surprised the seller responded and acted so quickly to send a new package. The original shipment only contained (2) shocks. The follow-up shipment did, in fact, contain all (4). The quality is quite nice; machined aluminum pistons and rods. The knuckles are still plastic though. They fit my sons truck perfectly and easily replaced the broken plastic, stock units. Good communication and timely action. ... show more
