I've been using this for years. It's absorbs without any residue (then again, I need to apply twice because my skin sucks it up). The texture is nice, like a not yet set jello. The moment my skin feels tight, this goes on, and my skin feels plump, and hydrated, not like a lizard's scales.

I bought this for my moderately dry skin. Nice consistency, it obsorbs well and has a nice light fragrance that's not too much. Makes my skin look dewy and doesn't have a sticky feel at all. I wouldn't consider this a deep moisturizer for very dry skin. Smells nice!

I have been stuck in what seems like an endless cycle of rotating moisturizers in hopes of finding the one. I have very picky skin and tend to get breakouts from so many different ingredients. I also live in the Midwest with very cold dry winters. This one is definitely not the one, but it is nice for once in a while. The good- absorbs quickly and feels cooling on the skin. Offers moisture, but isn’t overwhelming. As long as I use sparingly, I don’t get breakouts. Wonderful for soothing after eyebrow plucking or exfoliating. The not so good- Not a heavy hitter for moisture. I find this nice in the summer/fall when it isn’t super dry outside. Doesn’t hold its own in winter time. My skin is left craving more moisture about two hours after application. This could be a great option for people who do not have dry skin and just need a little skin refresh. Also great for people who live in warmer climates. Tip- Keep chilled in fridge for an extra dose of calming for the skin. I used to buy a very similar gel moisturizer from Mary Kay - 20 years ago it was over $30. This works just the same, and even though the price has gone up over the past several years, it's still much cheaper than $30 or more per jar.
