The quality of ingredients listed is what caught my eye along with the fact that it was vegan. I am very satisfied. Especially for the price! My favorite way to drink this is blended with 1 scoop protein, one frozen banana, 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, 2 tablespoons oats, 1 tsp cacao, and almond milk. This was recommended to me because it doesn’t have sugar, chemicals or preservatives. I ordered the chocolate vs the vanilla, which I have not tried yet. The chocolate gets better after each serving. I take a scoop, put it in a glass and mix with 10 oz of water. Then, I take the mixture and pour it over ice in a chilled glass. Like I said, the colder, the better. Now, about what it’s done for me. It’s lowered my cholesterol, helped me with appetite control and my husband and I just feel balanced. Not a fan of the flavor Vanilla Chai at all. I love the flavor in general but this does not even remotely taste like it to me. Not near as blendable as PlantFusion meal replacement complete (vanilla). Texture thicker also leaving tiny dots of I blended powder that feel gross when consuming… bummer. The price was similar I picked this to try for reason I read, this company has third party testing of its products. In an unregulated market I began to wonder what is actually in these powders, prompting a long research day for me. I very much wanted to love this based on all I’d read & learned. Disappointed, I have a tub full I only took a few scoops out of. I fear I couldn’t even give it away having been opened in this climate of distrust and everything today.. I’m bummed as 30$ is a lot and I still have to get my Protien supplemented for the month regardless. Free trial packets would be a bonus for many of these companies since the cost is high as is the medical need for some folks. I don’t know why some are totally blendable and some are not, some lack flavor. Also side note; these huge plastic tubs all the companies use are senseless when smaller pro-eco pouches would save shipping space, create less waste, less petro pollution hurting the climate. Alternates: Coffee type pouch? Woven tight bags with paper linings or plant bags? Recycled bags? Compostable would be fabulous!? Tubs take up too much space in a small cupboard also. This one wasn’t as big as some but still way big enough and at scale? Lots of plastic… Just a suggestion. I’ve seen others mention the tub sizes on many types of powders based on weight. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I can’t help with this one. I’m an older woman who is vegan and although I think I get ‘enough’ protein, I also think there’s no harm in supplementing. Unfortunately, I don’t like being ‘tied down’ to flavors, and usually find their taste too intense or a little bit off, AND I don’t always wants to drink a smoothie. So I thought this one looked like it might work. The first think I liked about this was the ingredients- pure and simple, with probiotics and prebiotics. The second thing I noticed was that it mixed well and didn’t flavor a smoothie I made. I like green smoothies, and vanilla, chocolate or caramel just don’t work well in them- they cover the flavor instead of allow it to shine. The third thing I discovered about this protein powder is that I can add it to my oatmeal, soups or casseroles. Because it is unflavored and unsweetened it works well with savory or umami dishes. Taking a risk and straying from my usual vanilla, I bought the Vanilla Chai flavor, but that was a mistake. While it does resemble chai, it doesn't seem to work well in combination with the other ingredients. Has a strange after taste. I've read reviews about this product not mixing well and I wasn't sure what was meant by that. I figured that my ninja blender would assure it was mixed properly. Now that I've tried it, I see what others were talking about. If I could further clarify, at least in my experience, what is meant by "doesn't mix well". I always add 4-5 ice cubes in combination with oatmilk when making a protien shake. Normally the shake comes out creamy and smooth, somewhat resembling a Starbucks Frappuccino texture but this separated - the liquid and the ice. It wasn't creamy, it was icy, which I don't care for at all. I ended up having to add a scoop of a previous protein to help smooth it out. Maybe it would mix smoother if I didn't add ice and just blended it that way? Perhaps I'll try that next as a last attempt at using this product, though that's not how I typically drink my protein shakes. Too bad you can't return once opened. ... show more

Tastes better than most other brands I've tried. Hard to mix with almond milk as it doesn't blend as well as with water. Taste is only slightly better with almond milk so I generally just use water. Does taste better than the same brands Fit option.
