The media could not be loaded. I got the ACEMAGICIAN Ryzen 9, 35 gb RAM, 1 TB harddrive because I needed a replacement for my old, gigantic computer tower. My specific requirements were that it had to be able to handle not only stuff I would do for work (i.e. word processing, photoediting, presentations, etc.) and school (presentations and word processing), but also be able to handle my favorite games (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Valhalla, Gotham Knights, and whatever else I wanted). Performance: -This mini PC has 3 power settings, which you can switch between easily: silent, auto, and performance. -Silent runs quietly and will even handle Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, but at the cost of some performance and lag. -Auto will give the processor more juice automatically when you're handling heavy-hitting programs, but will run it quietly when you're doing lighter work. -Performance will make the computer run more loudly, but it's great for gaming and for when you're using heavier programs, such as video editing software (Da Vinci Resolve) or photo editing software (Autodesk Sketchbook). Web browsing and video streaming, it handles without a hitch. I only had to decrease my graphics settings slightly with Gotham Knights and AC: Valhalla. Odyssey was on standard graphic settings and had no problems except some very slight lag. I have no doubt that games like Assassin's Creed 3, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, or anything slightly older will run without a problem. Newer AAA games, you might have to decrease the graphics to run. But, then again, this PC only costs about $600 instead of $5,000, so that's a massive win in my book. Overall, I give this 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable, reliable gaming PC without sacrificing much in the way of quality. ... show more

With 8 cores and 16 threads, along with the Radeon RX Vega 8 graphics, it truly delivers exceptional multitasking capabilities.which makes a noticeable difference during gaming sessions. and One of the best features is the multi-mode functionality. I couldn't be happier with this Mini PC! It's delivered impressive performance for its compact form factor, handling moderate gaming and multitasking without issue. The build quality is solid, and it runs surprisingly quiet even under load. What also stood out to me was the outstanding customer support. I had a major issue that I emailed them about, not sure if and when I'd receive a response--they responded within 24hrs and resolved my issue quickly and professionally! It's nice to see a company that stands behind its product and values its customers. so I loved this pc at first worked fine it is my first gaming pc so I wanted to buy one that would not break the bank and this looked like a prime option. Unfortunately after purchasing at around 9 month old during use this pc shut off by itself and would not turn back on. I wish I had searched this problem on google before buying as if you put in "acemagician AMR5 shuts down and will not turn back on" you will find many users with this problem some within a week of purchase and some even after receiving replacement. also on there website they say they only offer 3 year warranty when purchased at there site (also cheaper their). My problem is this is a defective product my first pc to die under a year replacement was offered by manufacturer even though website states it does not apply. My main issue is this I am not not a tech guy and did not realize that this pc is encrypted by manufacturer and they refuse to help if pc dies and you want to recover data. I lost hundreds of dollars in difference between price here and on website them making me pay return shipping them not giving me the bitlocker code needed to access my data( I did not encrypt) even microsoft told me after 5 hours of wait that acemagician was the only one who could help me retreive my data confirmed by pc repair store tech (another 200 dollars down the drain for that info). So if you want a pc company with good customer service this is not it they only responded to any of my concerns when I repeatedly called them I was sent general answers to specific questions after being told there "TECH TEAM" would respond within 48 hours not one time did I get any response without calling them. I understand that data is encrypted so someone who is not me cannot access my data that makes sense but I SHOULD be able to access my own data if product is defective or malfunctions and or there should be some kind of warning saying make sure to also buy a back up hard drive because if you are using this pc and it dies you WILL LOSE EVERYTHING!!!! unless you back the data up somewhere else. I am a private person I did not want everything in some cloud I do not know who has access to. I guess from now on I will be backing up everything immediately because you obviously cannot trust that even a product with good reviews has a company that is willing to help their customers. So bottom line performance okay for 9 months customer service one of the worst so unless you know how to undo a factory encryption when you set this pc up or are willing to back up all your data because your product may die a day or 9 months from purchase and all data not backed up will not be recoverable do not buy this pc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... show more
