For the price of the computer we weren't expecting much, but the nightmare we got out of the machine and the company who sold us it was not worth it. You will spend $100+ on shipping it back to them when it inevitably overheats and breaks down on you. They removed the front facing fans on the case to place an led facing on the computer and the computer will inevitably overheat on you. They do not pay for return shipping when this happens, you will. The specs at time of purchase were incorrect, they didn't send everything that was included, the names on the parts in the computer were incorrect and when we sent it back they attempted to deny a full refund based on the monitor apparently being broken when received. You will not receive the computer on time, they will send a piece of paper with the true tracking number on it to you so they can extend the delivery time and they took well beyond 48 hours to process the refund upon receipt of the return. If i could leave a rating lower than 1 i would, but all i can do is give it a 1 star, warn you against a horrible purchase and experience and hope you listen. I ordered this "gaming" PC so my 9 yr old could play Roblox and Minecraft on a family server. It's been fine for about 8 months now. It's just a refurbished Dell basic business PC with upgraded RAM, NVMe SSD, and a GPU. I probably wouldn't buy this for my main PC, but it keeps up with our mid-grade built PC and my M1 MacBook Pro on the Minecraft server (hosted on an old i7 desktop). It's not fancy and I wouldn't expect it to be at this price, but the value per $$$ is top notch. I'm probably going to order a 2nd one for my daughter since this PC runs circles around the Surface laptop she is currently using. ... show more

    • This seller's product & return policies are a financial scam.
Where to start with my dislikes. First, this seller sent me a computer that worked for 2hrs. Then, it never worked again. You were not able to click the start button to access the WiFi menu, which renders the machine useless. Even with all of these issues, I had to turn around and spend another $112.65 to return the malfunctioning machine that you sent to me. I JUST CAN'T!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! This is the first and worst experience that I have ever had ordering from Amazon. Now, I am forced to give this seller at least 1 star in order to send my review, when this seller does not deserve any stars. Therefore, I am giving 1 star by force. ... show more
