  • Positive Review
We had the side glass panel shatter upon removal of the packing material. I reached out to the seller via Amazon and the seller has been great to work with in sending out a replacement glass panel! I would fully recommend the seller for this product.

  • Can't upgrade parts easily.
I'm able to play some what of demand games I would consider atleast. Overwatch, genshin, fortnite {on low graphics}, detroit become human and more fairly easy without much lag? My main issue is that ive had this pc for two years the cpu is running like crap now and I can't replace it bc the fan above it is built and attached to the motherboard. NOT connected by screws or any lever to realease it. I've taken it to a tech place and they couldn't get it off since its connected by the plastic. Where you would add more ram the fan is also covering the available other spots so you can't add more. You can change out the graphics card which I did to a 1650 super which is the only reason im able to play the games I listed above. If your looking into this pc as your first I would not recommend unless you want to change the entire motherboard and upgrade EVERYTHING. ... show more

  • You should buy an 8g ddr ram stick to go with this pc
Works great, arrived on time and works perfectly. It’s a great buy if your looking for a good all around pc I wouldn’t buy it if your looking to play call of duty on it but it works great for league of legends and i stream with it. It comes with an extra ram spot so I bought another ram stick to bump it up to 16g ddr now I can run league of legends, YouTube and twitch all at the same time with ultra video settings but just know you will need to buy extra ram for about $15-$35 usd for me it’s a great low to mid level pc with plenty of options to upgrade a great starter PC. ... show more

  • Do your research.
I bought this computer for my wife to do various craft and photo activities. For that purpose it for exceeds my expectations. I have not ran any games on it because I know it will have issues doing so. Maybe good for older games or games with low resolution. Just do some research, if your looking for something for little johnnys twitch stream at 4k then look elsewhere. But for simple projects and school work. This computer is great and also looks nice as well. Another plus is that its upgrade ability. When GPU's come back down in price ill buy one and put in it. The motherboards should handle it fine. ... show more

  • Complete garbage
After one year of usage, the desktop turned really laggy and spiky. And after 2 years, it went completely dead. Can’t even boot up.

  • Excellent value & customer service
Excellent value! My son is into gaming and getting into the PC games and this was a great find. He’s happy w/ the performance and loves the look. I initially had trouble setting up the system and their customer support was responsive and patient. Definitely recommend.

  • Buyer beware
Shipping was fast and the PC arrived safely. Upon first boot up, the graphics card (GeForce GTX 750TI 2GD5) was faulty, resulting in the screenshot provided. I called Kepler Systems tech support for 90 minutes but only got busy signals. I then emailed Kepler Systems tech support but didn’t get a response for days. I then called Amazon support who sent a message to Kepler Systems on my behalf. Kepler Systems and I were connected for a phone call and they sent a replacement card, which arrived ten days later. The replacement card was operational, but insufficient for playing games like Destiny 2 (min. requirements GTX 1050 2GB, recommended GTX 1060 6GB) at low graphics at consistent 30+ frames. I purchased a refurbished GTX 1650 and installed it and now the PC runs games very well (aforementioned games are running at medium graphics at consistent 58+ frames). If you’re looking for a prebuilt to upgrade, there are probably better options but for the price this PC is acceptable. The CPU/memory are not capable of simultaneously streaming games, playing games, and running background applications like chrome/Spotify. All-in, so far, I’ve dropped $800 in the PC/upgraded graphics/peripheral devices (cords, webcam) and I’m now satisfied with the PC performance and utility. ... show more
