The second I took the first part out of the box, I knew it was going to be quality. The wheels worried me a little but they ended up being way better than my old chair's. The pleather material felt so sturdy and not cheap whatsoever, that was very impressive. The instructions were minimalist but worked just fine for me. I was done in about 20 minutes, thanks to my building skills increasing exponentially due to The Great Lego Incident Of 2020. The arm rests feel fantastic, I was a little worried about how firm the cushioning was on there and the chair seat in general, but all have proven to be exactly what I needed. (I'm 5'9" 185lbs for reference. I may be around 7.5 stone? Stones? Ahh, I dunno) It didn't have that give that sitting down in leather chairs usually provides, so that was jarring, but immediately after that, you feel the sturdiness of the chair. It isn't super soft but it is very comfortable. Like your body goes, "THIS!" It doesn't slide around. It doesn't recline back when I don't want it to, in fact, the reclining feature has proven to be quite cool. It feels like a portable version of one of those chairs all of our dads had in the 80s! No smell to it at all. No tears. Nothing missing. The arms wobble a little, but an easy fix to that is to not wobble them. Using them normally provides no wobble at all, it's only when you literally grab onto it and wiggle it around. So, don't do that. Anyway, my wife sat down in it and shouted, "OH MY GOD." We have had old chairs for a while so trying this out introduced us to what we've been missing. She will be getting the ZE100 in pink now as a result. I love this chair. ... show more

This gaming chair is exactly as pictured. It was extremely easy to assemble. The quality is pristine. The purple is just as deep a purple as pictured. And it is very comfortable. Highly recommend! As a note: I do believe we received a defective product, as it makes some metallic noises. However, the customer service has been so responsive via email. They followed up when I took awhile to respond on my end. Their timezone is overseas so they would reach out to me later at night, but didn't miss sending me a response. I couldn't ask for a more helpful customer service team. Thank you! ... show more

I bought this for my son’s birthday. He is a gamer & does online school. So he needed a comfortable sturdy chair. This one is beyond my expectations! I sat in it myself & it is so comfortable that I almost fell asleep in it! Lol We both love how it reclines back as far as it does & you can lock it position, whether it be reclined or inclined. And it comes with a folding out foot rest! It wasn’t too hard to put together, (we did it together) which made for some great teamwork & fun quality time! It does have a vibrating massager in the pillow, which was just OK (imo). If you put it in a specific spot, it can be a little comfortable. He likes the massager more than I do, but this chair is for him so that’s what’s important. It’s great quality material & well put together. I did purchase the extended coverage. Hopefully I will never need to use it but either way I will update (at some point) its status & how well (or not) it’s holding up. Until then I highly recommend it!! ... show more

The chair is really good quality. It went together without issue and was easy to do on my own. I’m not handy at all, but I managed to get it put together pretty quick. The instructions were pretty straightforward. I think they could be a little clearer, particularly where you have to attach the bracket for the back of the chair. A front on image is confusing as you can’t tell which way the bracket is supposed to face. The massage feature is nice and the pillows are comfy. This thing can recline to vertical and feels very stable. The reason for 4 stars is that there was no hardware pack in the box. They sent me a new one, but I needed the chair right away and had to spend a couple of days without one at my remote job. I don’t have a standing desk so it was very uncomfortable. I’d ordered in enough time to get the chair and put it together. The least they could have done was double check to be sure everything was in the box. So 1 star off for that, but 4 for the chair itself. If you’re looking for a sturdy office chair and you want something comfortable and worth the money, pick up this chair. My Husband is a big guy and it works perfectly for him. He likes to play farming simulator for hours on the Playstation and he likes his chair. I was worried about some of the reviews for bigger guys but it was perfect. My Husband weighs around 280 and it fits and holds him great. I'm glad I bought it. It took me roughly an hour to setup the chair only because I kept getting distracted, otherwise it probably would have only taken about 35-40 minutes in total. It definitely feels like a good quality chair that’s well worth the money. The cushions are comfortable, upon assembly and first trying out the chair, it seems to have good stability all around which is a plus. Seeing as this was my first time building a gaming chair, it wasn’t difficult at all. There’s more pictures than words on the actual instructions but as long as you follow what the fine print says, you shouldn’t have a problem setting it up! I actually found a YouTube video by this brand (Zeanus) that shows a step by step for assembly that I myself went over once or twice just to make sure I did everything right. I would definitely buy this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality chair. ... show more
