This is a super comfortable office chair. The seat Is both soft and firm, great for a long term use. The casters are high-quality, it rolls well across both hard and soft surfaces and the armrest adjust forward and backwards for a customized fit. The back is supportive which makes the back support adjust to the right position. It does arrive in pieces but assembly is super easy. I'm happily surprised with this office chair! The side cushions on the back are very supportive and comfortable. My last office chair had a more prominent lower back cushion for lumbar support, but that cushion along with the neck rest made you sit in a strange position. I find the cushions and structure of this chair much more comfortable and conducive to long-term use. The neck rest on this chair is much less pronounced, and along with the side cushions, it supports the natural shape of a human body (unlik some chairs). So far it's been great for working from home, and a huge upgrade over my last office chair. The cushions are thick and comfy, and seem to be higher quality than the last office chair I got off of Amazon. The full reclining option is quite nice, though I usually don't use the footrest while working. The chair was really easy to assemble with just one person, although the instruction manual suggests having two people for easier installation. Overall, this is a great, comfy, sturdy office chair for a reasonable price! ... show more

This is a very good office chair, very comfortable, well made. Arrived sooner than expected, very well packed with provided tools and simple instructions to assemble the chair. The chair was easy to put together and they even have a video showing you how to assemble it. Did not need more than an hour to put together after unboxing. The chair looks very nice too and it is sturdy in both the sitting position and the reclined position. The pump and lock feature also works without a problem. The only two issues I have is that it had poor lumbar support, the seat is not very comfortable sit on it feels like I'm sitting on wood with a thin cushion on top. On a positive note, it doesn't dig into my legs which is great since I'm prone to nerve pain in my ankle and feet. The second problem is that the food rest is not automatic. You have reach in-between your legs to pull it out and swing the cushion around use it. I feel like this feature should have been easy enough to connect to a lever. Over all it is four stars because it was easy to assemble, it very sturdy and I can always get a cushion. ... show more

Probably one of the worst chairs I have ever owned. The armrests are uncomfortable and adjustable. Wont fit under most desks. The support is going to cause more back pain then had previously . I took the armrests off because that is one of the worst things about the chair. I would return it if I had another chair to have in the meantime but unfortunately I do not and therefore will struggle to keep this one until I can receive a different brand because I will NEVER buy from these people again. They don't even give enough bolts to do the job.... Quite unhappy and quite sad about this purchase. ... show more

Got this as a replacement chair for my teenage son...the one from another company arrived and was only 1/4 of a chair...he says it's okay but kinda hard and not too comfortable, but it will do for a year or 2. Assembly was easy though.

bought this for my daughter who is 10 and she was acctually able to assemble it on her own. I love this but the only reason why I rated it 4 out of 5 is becasue the seat (which she may have assembled wrong) go all the way back and has like little to no support if she leans back its just like weeeeeeee.... u know ... show more
