I like how it looks and it was easy to build it. The instructions are clear and it was good to find an extra screws if you lost any of them. But it is very unstable. I put books on it and nothing changed. I don't have little kids but if I have them I will never keep it, because it is scary to keep it as unstable it is. A lot of time find the reviews very helpful and I thought it is good people to know before the buy it and build it, because takes time. ... show more

    • Perfect for a small space
We have this bookshelf in a corner of our hallway. It has ample storage, without overwhelming the space. The shelves are not super thick though, so it doesn’t seem like a high-end bookshelf. it’s perfect for our needs though.

    • Waiting for support. Bought 2 units, one is missing a shelf piece
Edit: Dealing with support is a slow and frustrating process. They responded to my email 6 days after I sent it and didn't resolve the issue. I also was chatting with them over Amazon messaging, and that was possibly worse. It took them 1-3 days to respond to each message I sent. I just ended up telling them to forgot sending as replacement and just returned the shelf with the missing piece. My options through support were waiting 20 days for screws and tools (which I didn't need) or 15 days for a replacement. The unit I was able to assemble looks nice and was easy to setup. No idea why 2 people are required in the instructions. I never felt like I needed a 3rd hand. I like that the included wood screws have a flat bottom, so you won't be screwing your own holes (pun intended) if you don't like things up perfectly. The unit I could not finish assembling was given an extra C piece that was mislabeled as a B piece. Waiting on support to update this. ... show more
