  • Easy to use & maintain
Bought this airbrush a few months back as my primary airbrush was starting to have issues. When I went to use my primary airbrush started acting up again this week, I decided it was time to try this Gaahleri airbrush. Worked liked a champ and loved it! Besides working like a champ, what else did I like? The fact that this kit offered three different size needles, easy to clean & maintain, consistently and evenly sprayed the paint. I could spray large areas evenly or I could work in close and not flood the area with paint to get fine lines. Yepper, I'm sold and now my primary airbrush is my backup and the Gaahleri is my primary! ... show more

  • Very nice airbrush. Never painting bodies with rattle cans again!
This was my first time buying an airbrush. I did a lot of research on them. I knew I should avoid the very cheap ones. I have done some painting with larger paint guns, so I felt the fact this has a trigger similar to those would help. This airbrush is so easy to use. I am absolutely glad I made this purchase. It paints amazing. This is a RC body I painted with Proline paint. I used the .5mm tip @ 30psi. It lays paint so nice. My lines on the other hand could use some work lol. It is comfortable to hold and use. My hand never cramped up. It feels sturdy to hold, not cheap. Easy to clean, and if you have any problems while using it, there is a nice booklet included that tells you how to fix them. ... show more

  • Perfect!!!
I won't inundate you with pictures. I had been using the Master performance airbrush for 3 years, let me tell you, that airbrush SUCKS! I pulled this baby out of the package, prepped it and dove right in. From the first squeeze of the trigger I felt like I had been using it all my life! I love this airbrush; I'll leave you with these words: Buy it! ... show more

  • Wow. Just wow. Gaahleri x Barbatos Rex is airbrush awesomeness…
This was a sweet surprise. Amazing airbrush. I have a bunch of airbrushes (including a 1940’s vintage Thayer and Chandler) and this compares with my Iwata’s, Paasche’s, T&C, Badger and GSI Creos. I love the trigger design. Balance is awesome: well constructed and precision construct. Barbatos Rex: you did good. I guess Rhode Island has airbrush bragging rights. Thanks Barbatos (Robert). I guess you are king…. ... show more

  • Disappointed i had to give this review like I did
Well the brush is am torn as to the review i need to write. The pin that holds the trigger fell out the 3rd time I used it. I don't know where it is I can't find it anywhere. Now I have a bent nail holding the trigger on. It makes it difficult to use. It paints very well but the pin falling out like it did makes me question how good it is going to be in the long run. I guess the disappointment outweighs the performance. Two stars when I would have otherwise given minimum of 4. ... show more
