The assembly instructions consist of a few drawings, no words. A little more detail would have been helpful but it was fairly obvious what to do. The pieces have a nice finish and the fence is attractive. The posts seem to hold pretty securely in my garden although they don't go all that deep. The gate requires two hands to open. Pros: I could put it up fast, cheaper than iron and looks good far away. Con: flimsy, started rusting in one week, short poles and wont go deep into ground to anchor. I am not sure how long this will last. Update: I have never had a company be so prompt and proactive to handle my concerns. Even outside of the return period they made it right! This fence I opened the box, stood it up where I needed it, put the pole through the 2 slots and pushed it into the ground. I'm female, 74, 5'4" 125#. We used this fence to keep our dog from doing what I call Kicky Feet and ruining our yard. This keeps him within eye shot when we are in our backyard instead of going to the side of the house up to our front gate. I do wish the rods in between the panels were a bit taller as I will need to take one panel apart when I mow now and then and that would make it easier. I had to get a fence for my loveable rescue dog. He was good for a bit roaming the yard but all of a sudden started running into the street and running after people. I didn't have the money for an expensive fence, and I was reading that the vinyl no dig ones were very flimsy. So, I came across this option and decide to try it. Now, my dogs are 15-20 pounds and are nosey barkers but will not push against it or jump on it. The fence is sturdy and has held up to high winds and winter weather so far, but then again this has been a mild winter. Very happy with this affordable fence. Very easy to install. The only thing I don't like is the gate part and that the door only opens up part of the gate. But the landscapers can get through just by picking up the metal posts moving the fence pieces. Its a good temporary solution for my lil crazy dog and I am happy that he can roam around the yard safely. ... show more
