My church wanted 18 banners with encouraging words to hold up on the side of the road to encourage drivers as they drive by during the pandemic. This company did not offer the size we wanted when ordering which is 3x2. I ordered the 4x1 and reached out to the company to discuss my intent. They said they could make the 3x2 since I was ordering 17. What I received from the 4x1 was so nice I wanted to order the additional 17 banners. I wanted the largest print so the words could be seen from a distance and I sent them a pic of my ideal banner. The customer service is 5+ stars. They were super nice and accommodating but there was a misunderstanding in our communication which cause me not to be satisfied at the end of the day. The print was too small for our purpose but in their minds they made the print as large as possible for a 3x2 on one line but the photo/sample I sent earlier had words on multiple lines. They should have sent me a pic before they started printing the 17 banners as they did with the first. So what do I do with 17 banners I can’t use? They offered to fix them but I would have to pay again becuz they said they would be at a loss to remake them but so would I since I paid for them and can’t use them. They didn’t offer me a full refund or any refund automatically actually. Keep that in mind when u have a large amount so I offered they should refund me half of what I paid and they don’t have to replace them and I would figure something else out and they agreed. My over all experience was actually great. I gave them four stars because at the end of the day I wasn’t satisfied and I did get some money back. The banners are durable not flimsy, the colors were nice too and the print is clear. It was just too small for our goal. I would recommend them and may use them in the future for a birthday banner. ... show more
