Unless you have a conduit bender and a pipe stretcher, this kit does NOT fit the RFZ125. In the Q&A section, it was noted that it would. Even if it had the proper bends, the overall length of the pipe and muffler barely reaches the muffler clamp under the rear fender. You would need to twist the 180d bend at the engine to gain a little more length toward the rear and then place another bend midway on the pipe to get the right angle for everything to bolt back up. The welds are messy, there are boogers all through the inside of the exhaust on the engine end. One of the bends has a small crimp/kink in it. Scratches in the finish throughout including the painted muffler. Overall lackluster product. Although it does fit as intended with some minor filing on the flange bolt holes. If you really need an exhaust and can’t wait for/ afford a better one, this is your buy. Otherwise get yourself something at least mid tier. ... show more

So item wasnt damaged in shipping cuz there was enough wrap to do 2 sets..This is bad quality controll u really let something out like this? would not recommend at all scratch dings and dents all over pipe...Might aswell have saved the wrap for other parts u already screwed it up prior to even sending it. ... show more

She's a real right thigh burner because there's no heat shield on the back part of the head pipe. I am using this on a Honda XL70. The exhaust is designed for a pit bike where a plastic guard is over top of the hot part. I just need to be careful for the time being. For the price it works well and is nice enough.
