When it comes to these kinds of mods on these little cars you have to know what you are talking about. There’s no instructions but it’s not very hard to find out all the info you need on installation or what you have to do to make them fit. I have 4 off these and never had a single issue! The pinion gear has to be installed and “MESHED” properly for you not to have issues. Guarantee that every bad review was a major lack in knowledge. Furitek is top of the line in the crawler world for motor. Get one you will not be disappointed! If you do end up with a defective part they ship you out a replacement right away. I had a power wire with a bad plug and they 2 day shipped me a new one no questions. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Motor looks great. Everything lines up with the transfer case, but..... Sadly on the C10 version it hits the receiver plate. I can't tell you anything about the other trucks since I don't own them. Bummed out here. I'll have to fab something up. UPDATE! I have all billet parts so it sucked having to cut it but it's really worth it. Everything else is literally plug n play. I gave 5 stars because it doesn't mention that you have to do some fab work. ... show more

It says it comes with a brass pinion gear and that is not the case. It did ship quickly.

    • Awesome SCX24 upgrade
This motor is a HUGE upgrade over stock or a 050 motor. This Furitek makes me want to play with my SCX24 again! Note, you may need some gearbox parts like a metal spur gear or something for this to fit. I don't know it's been a while since I've upgraded my SCX24.

I have the lizard pro and micro komodo combo. This thing goes HARD! Unrivaled control, unlimited power, 3s capabilities, slow crawling like no other and a nice finish to boot. Get it!

    • Beware
The motor gear teeth stripped out and the Lizard pro quits after about 7 minutes run time. Shut it off, restart it and it shuts off again in 7 minutes.

good system but the gear they send on it dont mesh nicely with the stock spurr gear

I know for a fact that these things work very well. When they work. Mine stopped working already. It works for a second then stops for 2. Then it will work for a half second and stop till shook. Obviously a short in it.
