Santa gave this to our boys for Christmas, so we cannot return it because as my 5 year old pointed out, Santa's gifts don't have receipts. The surface is denting and chipping where the darts land, and is already pockmarked after a single day of very light use. Cannot recommend. After this review of 12/26, one of the darts broke, as shown in pictures, so I am requesting a refund and told boys I will replace the one Santa sent them with a better one. ... show more

I bought this as a gimmicky addition to my college dorm room. It's something kind of fun, kind of goofy to mess around with for a little while. The magnets aren't super strong, so the darts will move around a bit on the board when they hit it. My biggest disappointment with this product is its durability. After just a single use, there were some dents in the board where it had been struck by the darts. After half a dozen uses, the board was really beat up, and the darts couldn't stick to it as easily. After a few more uses, the darts even started coming apart. The magnets started chipping and coming off, all while the board was still becoming increasingly unusable as well. I personally wouldn't buy this product again, but if you needed something kind of fun to use just a couple of times, then this could be the right choice for you. I will also mention that other magnetic dartboards at this price aren't any better, at least in my experiences, so you can expect a similar experience across the board (no pun intended). ... show more

    • Because this is a magnetic game, the darts easily adhere to the board, increasing the enjoyment of the game for young children.
This was purchased as a gift for 6 and an 8 year old children, so I have not directly used it. However, it appeared to be well made and the darts safe for indoor use and for young children. The children reported to me that they love playing with this game. They prop it up on a sofa and then kneel on the floor to throw the darts. This way the darts do not hit the wall. ... show more

Got this so I wouldn't have holes in my walls when the kids play with it. I'm impressed with how well the magnets stick. I bounce real darts more than I do these. Yeah the darts will put little dents in the board but I don't mind that. Real darts put holes in the board! The only issue I have is that the darts don't necessarily stick exactly where they hit. There is a little bit of wobble at times so they may end up a little off. I'm not really good enough for it to be a deal breaker though. ... show more

    • Purchased for sons 6th bday, didn't realize i'd be using it as much as him!
I purchased this for my sons 6th birthday... little did i know i'd find myself using it just as much as he does! I REALLY like this, i think its pretty amazing. I'll admit i was skeptical about it being magnetic but it's definately solid! The dart stick every time! They only draw-back is that the darts tend to move alittle bit on the board from where they actually hit as the magnet grabs. If not for this, it would have recieved 5 stars. It's a dart game, which is a classic. The magnets are surprisingly strong and don't fall off after making impact with the board. I appreciate that the set has 6 darts per set instead of 3. Makes the game go on longer before resetting. It's a good gift for any age I think

What a great dart board! I was hoping -- but not really expecting -- the magnetic darts to stick well. But to my surprise and delight, they really do!!! We've played for hours, and so far it's surpassed everyone's expectations. So much like a regular dartboard. The only real difference is that with regular darts, there is a pin hole, so there is no question about what the score it -- and with this the dart is about 3/8" -- so there can be some question about what score. But that's easy enough to resolve. GREAT choice! Love this! ... show more
