I had been trying to find a healthy protein bar with good ingredients that aren't loaded with sugar alcohols as so many seem to be nowadays, when I came across these bars. My first thought was, mushroom in a protein bar! They must taste nasty! But when I saw how good the ingredients were I thought I would give them a try. To my surprise they're very delicious. Curiously satisfying with no taste of mushroom. Good texture and good variety, and overall good quality of ingredients. Much prefer these to other "natural" bars. Just concerned about what exactly is the "natural flavor" in it??

Got the variety pack wanted to make sure to try them all cookie dough was my favorite didn't really care for the vanilla chai or the peanut butter but that good be because im just not of the flavors in general but i will say they were still eatable unlike some other brands i have tried in the past overall there are protein bars that i would buy again or even if i seen at the store would probably choose over all others! ... show more

The flavor of these is interesting...not amazing but just ok...The don't have any "mushroom" like flavor either if anyone was wondering. They make a great snack alternative, and I do love they are gluten free and non GMO too.
