It doesn't come with the cross or book in the picture, but I didn't expect it to obviously, just in case some of you might. Some people say it's see through, perhaps if you're so big you stretch it out, or if you wear white underneath maybe? The product is okay. I am concerned about what came in the package with the product. I found a sharp double edged spring loaded blade in the bag. It sprang open and ALMOST cut myself. It's a good thing I reached into bag instead of my child!
