Despite other reviews, ours has done just fine in the oven. I suspect high temps are the issue for other users, so we have avoided surpassing 400F and have nothing but positive feedback to report.

I was putting this in the fridge with some food in it (less than a pound), and I briefly held it by just one handle. The handle just ripped off and the dish fell to the ground, broken. I strongly disagree that this product is "STURDY and DURABLE", I've had it less than three years.
