I am in love with these leggings! They are incredibly soft, especially with the fleece lining, and are super stretchy. The best part for me is that they stay in place. The tummy control band means that they are high rise, but they aren't too constricting. To be honest, not sure how much they are really controlling my tummy, but I don't care because they are so darn comfortable. I wear these mostly for lounging, but plan to get another pair to wear under sweaters etc. Also, even though they are fleece lined I don't find them too hot. I don't typically write reviews on my Amazon purchases (I know, I should) but these were impressive for the price and I felt the need to spread the word! I just got home from a trip to Yellowstone/Grand Teton and wore these the whole time. It was pretty cool, 30ish degrees in the morning and 50ish degrees in the afternoon and these were so comfortable and cozy. They're not too thick, but they're super soft and easy to move around in. We did a lot of walking and they held up great. I wear a size 12 and ordered the L/XL and they fit fine. I didn't have that frumpy feeling that sometimes happen with other leggings. They are a little long for my short legs so I just cuffed them up a little. Highly recommend for a good pair of basic fleece leggings without paying an arm and a leg! ... show more

Brown Leggings: The material is very soft and warm for a California girl. The material is thin and they run slightly big. They are not compressed at all and will do nothing for your body shape as far as tummy tucking or booty lifting. They are very soft and comfortable but I was looking for something warm but firm. These are one of the best leggings ever!! Better than my Victoria secret ones!! It’s so soft, stretchy, and the high waisted just fits perfect. My boyfriend loves them and I love the material and how perfectly it snatches you but at the same time it’s so soft keeps you warm and you can kick your leg up high or stretch. I am 5'6" 155lb and initially got the large. I had to return for the small/medium. And so glad I did. They are so warm and super soft. The wind does go thru them but not as bad as a pair that isn't fleece lined. And actually wearing a regular pair under these gives the warmth I need when outside or walking in the cold but doesn't give a bulky look. I wouldn't say they are squat proof but they aren't sheer if you aren't stretching them with squats or deadlifts. They don't look shiny, but a classic legging. Love. ... show more

There is 0 retention with these leggings, they stretch but do not hold shape as all, I got a large thinking they would be perfect and they just looked sloppy. They gap at the ankles so they aren’t fitted and then the waist loosens throughout wear and makes you look like you’re wearing a baggy pair of long John’s . I will say they are soft but these leave a lot to be desired, there are MUCH better pairs on here. These could be a base layer but I wouldn’t go out in the cold with just these as they are not thick enough. I work on a dock throughout the night and mornings when it’s coldest and these weren’t even a viable option. They aren’t sheer or see through when you bend. No pockets. These leggings are super soft and stretchy and fit great without being see-thru. I will definitely keep wearing them but I wouldn’t buy more for two reasons. First, I wouldn’t describe them as “fleece lined”. They are definitely soft and fleece-textured on the inside but they’re not thick at all and they wouldn’t stop wind or keep out cold air.
