  • FUJIFILM Instax Wide Monochrome Film
I am really impressed with Fujifilm's Instax Wide Monochrome film. Lots of contrast and images are sharpe where needed. I don't think there is a better instant film on the market.

  • OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE FOR AN INSTANT BLACK & WHITE FILM. TRY SOME!
This is what I have come to expect from Fuji, an excellent film with great depth, contrast, and clarity. This is really good stuff and it is 800 ASA so keep that in mind. Try not to use flash with it because this B&W film washes out easily under the flash.

  • Perfect black and white photos
I used this for my instax wide 300 camera. I wasn't sure how these would turn out but once I used it the photos come out in a beautiful monochrome effect. It is perfect for timeless images you want to keep in your photo album. Can't wait to use more of these for future family events.

  • Fuji really hits it out of the park
Fuji Instax film is fast, accurate, colorful, and lasts a long time in storage. I like this B&W film, it's pleasantly contrasty and it works and looks great. Wide format is where it's at, it's perfect for shooting buildings, people, and cars!

  • Picky Photographer, but pretty good film
I personally prefer black and white to color film photography. I feel like black and white makes it more about the people or the feeling and less about the clothes and the colors. This film is really high contrast, so I’ve deducted one star because it seems difficult to get an exposure with everything properly exposed. There’s usually am are where shadows are crushed or highlights are blown out. This may have more to do with the camera I’m using than the film, since it’s the point and shoot Instax Wide. Still much more beautiful images than any cell phone can manage. I have a BFA in Photography so I’m choosey. Ultimately really happy with this, and I’ll be repurchasing again and again despite the high price tag. ... show more

  • B&W for Old-Schoolers
The Digital camera/cellphone camera revolution has minimized the art of photography. Have you heard of Kodak? Have you ever loaded film into a camera? Have you ever developed film? Pardon my rhetoric... I am glad to see that there is stall a way to shoot B&W pictures without having to manipulate them in a "digital"darkroom. This stuff is pricey too, and it makes you think and compose before you shoot. Ideally, this produces something a little more creative than a standard snapshot, and won't be buried in the abyss of cell-phone storage... Make a statement with some photographic art! ... show more

cannot get enough of this film. since instant black and white film is all but gone this is like water to a person stranded in a desert. give me all of it NOW!

  • Great if used properly
Pictures come out great IF you take them in environments with lots of lot, like outside on a sunny day. Images will be indecipherable if you take them in low light areas especially anywhere you cameras automatic flash comes on.
