We were gifted with Peach Bowl tickets and naturally my hair has to be amazing. I had surgery 8 months ago and my hair is not the best. I was promised that the hair would be here before 12/30. I have ordered these extensions before for personal use and they were GREAT! This time not so much but we will see how the replacements are. I will update once I get them and install them. The first thing about then is do not freak out if there is ever ever anything that you are not happy with. Sure fine and F shine our sister companies. If you have a problem at all before you call Amazon call their customer service I believe the first thing you do is email them and they get right back to you and whatever it takes to make it right they'll make it right their main store is located in China so don't worry about having a waitel really long time since they are working with Amazon as Amazon's hair extension if there's any issue they let Amazon know and it is sent to you right away. I am so happy with them now I will never ever get hair anywhere else I never could afford the really expensive $500 hair extensions. I have lupus so on numerous occasions I have lost a lot of hair and on a most recent occasion I lost more so women out there know how important it is have her hair even though I don't go anywhere except the doctor's appointments there's something about just knowing that it's something happened You would look good it's like when your mom tells you make sure you have clean underwear on in case you get running back car. with my illness I'm like if they come in I'm going to be like sprawled out with my beautiful sure fine hair and taken away. Now on a happier note Amy Amber a two most wonderful customer service people now we'll hear from them using about early evening American time because there a day ahead of us but they will make everything right and I I can't speak highly enough about them and you know believe me I'm not getting paid to say anything I wish but no but the pay I get is the respect the great customer service the great hair gets been in my hair now 3 weeks it's just as soft as the day it came there are things you have to do with her extensions to keep them in good condition so if you've never won them before watching YouTube video. I apply my extensions myself at home and normally pay around $50/20strands with my normal brand. I was in a bit of a financial pinch and settled for these instead. I’m super happy with the quality of the hair AND how it’s held up after several washes, but I do recommend getting a different tape. The tape on these started slipping and falling out much faster than any other tape in extension I’ve ever used. I love these extensions! They are so soft and shiny, and still are after awhile! I have yet to shampoo and condition them, but they curl, straighten and act just like real hair. I make sure to moisturize them and put oil on them, since they’re not connected to the scalp and can’t generate their own oil. I had another tape in brand from the past and really didn’t like them. They tangled, merged together and weren’t even able to curl. If you take good care of them these won’t tangle or merge together. The tapes are strong, and mine were applied with the help of a flat iron to secure them. The customer service for this company is also very kind and sweet! I really recommend these, but keep in mind tape ins need a lot of care and treatment! It took 2 packs (40 pieces) to do my full head. I honestly could have maybe used another pack, or maybe half of another. Still, 2 is great! I got it in 22 inches in the shade Nordic and mixed it with a lighter color! Hair seems great “at first” but honestly after two weeks it is breaking, a lot. I’m not rough and use good/excellent hair products. I use wide tooth comb and take it through hair side ways so it does not catch the tapes. Not actually sure if it’s the tape’s fault or they were not installed properly but I’ve had a lot of breakage on several sandwiches both installs. * This most recent set of Extentions has literally turned into hay-like hair. Maybe it’s a manufacturing issue. I’m not quite sure. I saw good reviews however, if you saw the amount of breakage, which I probably should take pictures of itself and post, you could make your own judgment on that. I do not use a lot of heat of my hair, nor do I curl it more than necessary. I always sleep with it braided gently. I use a silk pillowcase. Maybe I’ll be back with pictures. ... show more
