My kids and I have been using this regularly before workouts for as a quick snack and pick me up. Easy to take and goes down quick compared to protein shakes that are large in volume and not great in taste. It’s ok, but very sweet and thick like cough syrup. It’s a clear, yellowy color. All that said, it’s convenient and quick. I would probably buy again. Pictured is the contents of one pkg/serving (15g of protein) in a 4oz cup for reference.

Update: Amazon made it right and refunded the product, no questions asked- just have to do extra steps by reaching out to guest services. The product itself is great - so easy to take and I think the flavor isn’t bad at all. I really like the product but the last 2 boxes had leaking pouches. The last box had almost half the pouches damaged/stuck together and unusable. Because the product is not returnable and nonrefubdable I’m out $50 for half a box of usable product - although I question if I’m even willing use any of them if they were exposed to heat or something causing them to burst. Will not be buying again simply because of the no refund/ no exchange policy. ... show more

I love this product I recover quick on it. My Dr wasn’t too thrilled it had sucralose in it, but I love this product ! **** fyi you should be more concerned about what’s inside and the use of the product in the actual taste. It’s a little bitter, but I like tart stuff and this does not bother me at all. It’s a mixed berry flavor maybe give us different flavors.??? Buy a box a try it. I later bought the pre workout with caffeine too and it’s a great pre workout stim! I carry it in my pocket too very very USEFUL! A++ ... show more
