Don’t know what I would have done without these. V-birth and 3rd degree tear. I used about 5 boxes of these after I ran out of what I had from the hospital. These are a game changer!! I made DIY "padsicles" the first time around but they froze solid and were very hard and painful to sit on until they thawed a bit. These remain soft and flexible while they are cold. They stay cold for about 30 minutes and are super absorbing!

I’m so glad I brought these with me to the hospital— the ones the hospital provides work, but these have the addition of adhesive along the back (like most pads do) and the ice pads the hospital had didn’t. So it felt like they weren’t really secure in my whole pp setup. These definitely made me feel more assured that the pad wasn’t going to move around, while still providing the cooling and absorption qualities. These were great for the first week postpartum. The ice pack immediately feels good, but doesn't last a very long time. I recommend not bringing these to the hospital and instead having the nurses make you their special ice packs and save these for home once your at least 24/48 hours postpartum.
