Not “thick” as in hot, we live in Louisiana so we don’t want it to thick. It is thin, but very durable. Has no stretch though, makes it a little difficult to get on when in a hurry. Runs pretty small. My child just turned 3- I bought a size 4- and it seems like we should have bout a 5. But it’s SO adorable! We are going to wear it anyway:) ... show more

These are great school uniforms. DO NOT listen to the reviewer that stated, "these are tents." They do fit true to size. If you already know that your child generally wears that size, then order it. Looking at the picture that is posted with that review does not give a good representation of how it truly fits...the lens gives a distorted view as well as the angle that she took the picture from. Does it go to the child's knees? They also are NOT supposed to be tight fitting. But they aren't too loose either. I'll be sure to update this with a pic.... ... show more
