This is the best parchment paper created just for freeze-drying! I absolutely love that it is larger than other kinds and fits all the way to the edges of the tray. It is strong parchment paper that can be reused multiple times. I highly recommend it!

When I ordered this product before it came in a long flat box that was easy to use and kept the paper flat. This time it came in a box that was half size so the sheets are folded. It makes it harder to use. For the premium price paid for pre cut parchment they should be flat and easy to use. Will not purchase again in a small box. Deceiving too--since your photos still show a large box in some of the pics. ... show more

I love using parchment for lining my Harvest Right freeze dryer trays. They prevent food from sticking and makes cleaning the trays much easier. The only downside, which is no problem really, is these are about 3/4" longer than my trays, requiring that I fold the end down. But I'll buy them again!

If you own a freeze dry machine, these liners are a must. They are great for easy cleanup. They make freeze drying faster and easier. Why spend time cutting parchment paper when it has already been done for you. I always keep extra on hand.
