A few months ago we remodeled our master bathroom. I was thrilled to find this Wowkk freestanding tub faucet on Amazon. I loved the features, the reviews were good, and it was at a price point I could afford. I love how fast it fills the tub. It is beautiful and the wand is so useful. I particularly like the fact that if you have used the wand once you turn the faucet off the wand is also off, therefore when you turn the faucet back on the wand is off. Another big reason I chose this product was all the positive reviews when it came to working with the company. We did need longer hoses and the company mailed them to us. Very easy to work with. Got the product and plumber installed the footing to stand on tiles. Except now the length of the supply lines are longer than need. Contacted Amazon and Wowkk customer service #, and got help in the same hour! Can’t wait to replace the 30” with a shorter lines then we are done, I d have a great tub filler! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Purchased based on the other reviews. I was concerned about going with this affordable option but everything exceeds my expectations. Install does take some planning and skill but turned out fine. A plumber should have no issues. Really pleased with final install Did add picture of mounting. The instructions aren’t the best. The fasteners they supply seem to be for a slab installation. Mine was on a second floor wood subfloor. So figured out my own drilling and fasteners. But again with some thought and planning worked well. I used lag screws. One was able to get into joist. My connection below floor had play to come up about an inch to make connections and then settle down under floor. Piping is Pex which probably helped. I was concerned about cost difference between this and the major names. Funny thing I bought a Delta shower head and installed that same day. It was missing a gasket. Fortunately the tub filler came with extra parts just in case and I was able to use it on the name brand. Overall well built and a great choice. ... show more

Love this tub filler! It’s sleek and very sturdy and the price was reasonable compared to other name brands. The manufacturer was very nice to work with too. My water lines were too long and they are sending me shorter ones. I would definitely recommend Wowkk!
